I cannot recommend move plus enough. We used them as part of Redrow’s assisted move scheme. To begin with, I was skeptical that they would help and be worth it. How wrong I was! Right from instructing the estate agents, they worked hard. They negotiated on our behalf with the buyers and meant we got full asking. Move Plus helped, at multiple points, our sale to progress. They were patient and worked hard to ensure everything was as smooth as possible. They kept the lines of communication open which helped alleviate a lot of stress. I think, thanks to our buyers solicitors being painfully slow, I’d have gone mad without them. In particular, I’d like to thank Jessica James who was always the voice of reason and calm. She really helped me to feel at ease and was always helpful and polite.

Louise was brilliant throughout our whole sale process, even when times got tough with the buyer not playing ball. She would go above and beyond to help us chase the buyer solicitors where possible.
