I recently bought a new caravan which is fitted with a tracker which is something that is new to me so I called moving intelligence to get all set up I spoke to Liam Quinn who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable so thank you Liam

Had a minor glitch where I lost the chirps on setting an unsetting the alarm. A quick call to the help desk and all sorted whilst I sat in my van.
The chap was very polite and knew exactly what to do.
It's the second time I have called them (on different matters) and both times have been excellent service.
I wish all helpdesks were this good!

Called and activated my service today. Liam Q was really helpful and answered all my questions perfectly. Downloaded the App and now I can monitor my vehicle. Superb ! Thank you.

Purchased a new Motorhome and needed to transfer the alarm and tracker. Nicole Aspinall was very helpful and explained how the app works and our options to transfer it over. Thank you for your help and patience as we are newbies !

We are newbies to to Motorhome world and we keep forgetting to set the alarm for our van correctly, the after we’ve walked away my telephone rings and the pre recorded voice tells me there’s a fault and if there’s no issue to press 1 on my keyboard and all is well, we’ve also spoken to a lovely young lady in the office who must have the patience of a saint, everything so far with Moving Intelligence as been excellent, thank you again, Brian and Shelagh

I have just had the moving intelligence alarm and tracker put on my vehicle and it has been excellent, I just spoke to Liam Quin from moving intelligence and he was very professional. I feel more secure with the key fobs and brilliant cat1 alarm.

Just called these guys for some information on an alarm that was installed a couple of years ago. I've recently bought the vehicle.
The lady who i spoke with had the most amazing product knowledge and is sending a replacement fob out today.
