I initially rang MIUK on the morning of purchasing my vehicle to ask about how a transfer of ownership worked. They were very helpful and explained how easy the process would be. On actual purchase I again rang and spoke to Liam. He was happy to run through the different subscriptions with me, I ended up purchasing the Lifetime. He did also explain that I could pay an extra £149 to upgrade my system as they would soon be turning off the 2g system so may not be able to get signal everywhere. I opted not to take this offer up but was advised that I could do so in the future with no pressure to do so immediately. Overall MIUK staff were helpful and courteous.

Great product and excellant customer service. Value for money i signed up for a 5 year subscription having had the tracker for 12 months prior.

Our caravan had a Tracker Retrieve from factory which we activated the free trial for 3 months. Upon renewal we found that they didn’t do an active tracker so that we can check in the app where it is. We were recommended Moving Intelligence and we purchased the Caravan tracker and alarm system. The install took longer than we had hoped but it is finally installed. There were a couple of issues with the install which when speaking with Liam, he arranged the fitter to come back and rectify. Would highly recommend them if your after a tracker.

Really helpful discussion with Lee this morning on how to set up and monitor my new tracker. Old fashion good service I'm just not used to. How wonderfully refreshing and helpful

Nicole made me feel so comfortable from the word go as my naivety with technology is usually the issue when I have a problem. Nicole talked me through everything to check and sent me another password reset email … this went into junk and as advised by Nicole this was where I discovered the first email. All was sorted in a matter of minutes.

We recently got a new motorhome with a Phantom alarm system. I had several operational questions including the App (and also I kept triggering the moving alert without knowing why) and Lester was superb - knowledgeable, patient, sympathetic - and I now understand how the system works and have the MIPhantom App installed on my phone.
