Had a few quieries about my account and spoke to Nicole this afternoon. Very helpful and pleasant answering all my questions, nothing was too much of a problem for her. Everything was resolved quickly , efficiently and with a nice sense of humour. Thanks Nicole and Moving Intelligence,great to be able to speak to a person.

I am new to Moving Intelligence having used various other systems in the past. The system was fitted in my vehicle last week and I spoke with Nicole today to get my account set up. Nicole dealt with everything quickly and efficiently.

Definitely, a positive experience compared to many companies I have dealt with recently.

I called to say our campervan would be in the garage and thus Phantom alarm needed to be deactivated.
Also to change number plate.
Very helpful staff who dealt with issues promptly effeciently and pleasantly.

My alarm on my Detleff Motorhome was badly misbahving. It went off and nothin would stop it. The local dealer told me how to disconnect it temporarily and said I should speak to Phantom Alarms now Moving intelligence, I was put through to Liam Quinn and he took me through on the phone how to reset the alarm. It took a bit over an hour but we discovered at he end the Siren beeper was not working. I ordered a new one on the spot and it arrived in 2 days. I fitted it and all was working. Next I needed to re pair my phantom fob. Again spoke to Liam today, who took me through the process. First time it didn't work so he asked me to replace the fob battery. I did that while he was still on the phone. We went through the pairing process again and all was well. Liam was really helpful and patient. I could not have asked for better service. Luckily I am Ok with technology being an engineer. I think some people might struggle to go through these processes. Liam told me he could send an engineer but if I could do it with his help it would cost me nothing. That is what we did, Brillant.

I have been using Moving Intelligence for the past 8 yrs, they provide a fantastic service and are always very helpful on the phone. I contacted them today to assist me with the self install of the 2G to 4G update unit. Liam answered the phone and with his help and knowledge of my unit was able to get me up and running in no time. Conducted an alarm check remotely and all worked perfectly. You can't beat the service provided by Liam a credit to MI, and to MI themselves for the service and professionally run company. After installing the new 4G module into my Caravan today, I have to say it was an extremely simple process made even easier when I gave them a call just to check that it had all registered correctly I was assisted by Liam Quinn Who was very helpful in finishing off the upgrade and we're now all set for the new 4G system.

Moving intelligence contacted me because my motorhome dealer fitted one of their trackers to my vehicle.Nicole explained my options, answered my questions and sent me all the relevant information immediately. I took out a 3 year subscription and feel safer already. It also helps with the insurance of course.

I needed to transfer a vehicle registration number.
Nicole was most helpful and completed the request in minutes.

Liam was superb in helping us on the telephone, not only that he sent us the handbook by email on the systems use without asking (we did not have this as we bought the vehicle second hand) so that we can refer to it if needed. Customer service Agent Liam Quinn was extremely helpful, he was patient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The registration procedure, though difficult for someone like me who is waiting for computers to go out of fashion! Liam guided me throughout and we completed it quickly.
