Moxidress Avis 

I ordered a "swing dress" and a red fitted top which took a few weeks to receive. The material felt very cheap. The blue dress which I ordered in a small, fit more like a large or an extra large. The red top had a line going down the front of it that was completely off center. When I tried to return these items I have gotten the runaround for over two weeks now. Customer service has asked me to send photos of the items which I have done multiple times with still no return instructions. Beware.

Terrible. Everything ordered didn’t fit. Poor quality which could explain the affordable price . Had to prove it didn’t fit by trying back on and sending. Pics only to be told to return send to this address but it may get held up in customs a you may not receive a refund. Terrible customer service

I order a beatuiful sweater for the holidays
and I paid more for postage to arrive on time
and guess what I never got the package on 1/2/2026
and it said it was delivered, I am assuming it was send to the wrong place.
Very disappointed and will never use this vendor again

This vendor is a scam. it should be reported . They refuse to refund.

I purchased three dresses from this vendor through an Instagram ad. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! They have a horrible return policy! If your items do not fit they will offer Pennie’s on the dollar , ask you to keep items, the. Give a discount to order more. It took me two weeks and ten emails to finally get them to give me an address to return the items. It will cost me about half of what I paid but I’m returning anyway. They extort! Beware ! Clothing is also pretty cheaply made and the smalls vary widely as I’m sure the other sizes do also,

In January of 2025 I received an order of 5 items from CS Moxidress. The items looked nothing like what was on their website. The fit was awkward. I reached out regarding returning the items. On February 10th I spent $81.70 to return them to China.

Today is September 26th, 2025 and the package was returned to me. The reason on the package said the item was "unclaimed." How convenient for them. I have been in contact with them consistently since I requested the return. They still will not provide any refund until they receive the items.
My mistake for ordering from this scammer.

AVOID. Just flat out avoid. I ordered a dress, spent $50.00 on shipping for 2-4 days. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. I asked multiple times to return. The robot on the other said just kept saying they wanted pictures of me in the dress to prove it didn’t fit. Flat out creepy. The emails were so robotic. They then offered me 20% off my next purchase as if I would give them another dime. The biggest rip off ever. Please please avoid and save your money.

Absolutely horrible company. Do not buy anything it’s all junk. I wish they could shut it down so people don’t buy anything. Says easy returns. Hahaha nope they just keep trying to make deals with you when u ask for a return. For 160 dollars of stuff they gave me 25 or they said I could return it for full refund but it might not make it back through customs. I told them I’ll be plastering this through social media I don’t want anyone to fall for it.

I bought 2 dresses in April. They were nothing like the pictures and the quality was dreadful The fit was even worse. I had a huge amount of trouble trying to return them. I had to pay for the postage back to China and I am now still chasing a refund and it is August!!. I have proof that they are in reciept of the goods and they just keep saying that the refund is in processing. I believe them to be dishonest and so far I have not receiced my refund of over £100.

I paid an additional $20 to have my order in 5-8 days. It was 5 weeks later when I received it. I have asked them 3 times for return instructions / refund and I keep getting the run around. The last email I received was "Will you take pictures trying it on so we can see why it didn't fit you..." WORST customer service ever.

Horrible!!!! I ordered 2 dresses. They took over a month to arrive. Both are too small. I have contacted the only option they give on their site four times so far with no response in how to return. Such poor service and now I’m out $100. Should have reviewed here first.

I ordered several items after reading the reviews and none look even close to the pictures. It took over 6 weeks to receive some of them. I have reached out to customer service to start a return and they have not responded. Sites that are legit….Lulus and Cupshe are two that are affordable and legit. I waisted $200 on items I will not wear because of the low quality.

Ughhhh!! I wish I had read the reviews first! Never will I trust these kind of companies again! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! Please, don't be stupid like me. Do not order from this company. Very cheaply made.

I placed my order May 5th, 2025 and after 3 emails from me to Moxidress customer service I remain without any shipping notifications nor any sign of my parcel. It has been 27 days and today I have requested a refund. This company clearly has no aptitude for business and has zero commitment to customer satisfaction. I RECOMMEND ABSOLUTELY NOT SHOPPING THROUGH THEM!!

Unfortunately, I had to give at least one star to type this.Ordered on 4/17 and just received the 2 dresses today 5/31 after sending multiple emails without any help tracking the package. The dresses are poor quality and so is this company! DO NOT ORDER from them! I wish I had been warned! NO STARS or Negative 10 stars is my rating. SCAM Chinese company.

Very poor customer service. The dress I ordered took way too long to arrive. It came after my function that I needed it for. It also didn’t fit. Plus the zipper was cheap. I followed their steps to return and they offered me $3 to keep it. Which is silly when I paid $45 and it doesn’t fit. Then they said they would accept the return but said it probably won’t make it back to us. So, I’d be out a dress and my money very poor service so I do not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible service. Ordered the dress almost a month ago and within a week of ordering I asked for a refund because there was no update on shipment. They begged me to wait. After a couple days they said there was nothing they could do because the order shipped out. That was two weeks ago and there’s no update on the tracking. I’ll never buy from them again.

This company cannot improve because it is a scam. The dress was made of the cheapest possible plasticky fabric although the advert said it was linen. The fit was horrendous and yet I was offered $6 to keep it and not return it. I had paid more than $70 Australian. Although the Item had arrived from the dock at Botany Bay I was told it would have to be returned to China at a cost of $20 to $60. Avoid at all costs.

NEVER order from this website! It’s a scam! It took over 3 months for their crap customer service said it was delivered, which never happened. After emailing them daily they refuse to refund me or deliver the product. It has come to the point that they won’t even respond to emails. WORST customer service ever!!!!!
