THIS IS A KNOCK OFF FAKE CHINESE SITE. They are copying a genuine site Called Moxistore. Don’t use this site people, I’ve actually used the real site and they are legit. This is a scam.

I tried to cancel my order one day after placing it after reading reviews here. I know I should have read the reviews before ordering, but the cute pictures got me. They replied stating they should be able to cancel my order, but it would take 4-5 business days to see the refund. Long story short, no refund, and the order arrived a full month after placing it. None of the items are as they appear on the website, very poor quality. So now I'm trying to return the items, and they are not responding to me.

I’d like to give 0. Clothes are garbage . Took 6 weeks to receive. CS is horrible and won’t tell me return process. Do not buy from this company.

I placed an order on 12/8 for the holidays (4 items). I just received 3 of the items a few days ago, and the other item is still showing pending and has not even been shipped.

I have sent SEVERAL emails. It takes days or weeks to get a response and then it is something vague and not addressing the issue or resolution. They offered me a $4 refund on the shipping fee (FOUR DOLLARS?!). I said absolutely not and to cancel the order & I expect a full refund including all shipping fees. Then they offered me a full refund of my shipping fees. Next the sent me confirmation of the partial order that shipped (which I already knew about and had sent to them previously to inquire on where my package was).

At this point I just want my money back. More than that I would love for someone to actually show an ounce of customer service to this ridiculous transaction.

Total scam. Product took 6 weeks to arrive and was terrible quality. Customer pays for return back to China, which is more expensive than item itself. Do not purchase from Moxidress!

SCAM do not purchase anything from site! Paid extra shipping for expedited shipping and it took over a month to receive clothing! They didn’t even want to refund the full expedited shipping amount! Clothes are trash!

Never contacted for return. Terrible company to deal with. DO NOT ORDER... THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 items on 12/16/23 and they arrived on 1/11/24. I have asked numerous times to cancel the order and they have not been responsive. I have opened a complaint with the BBB and with Paypal.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I placed an order and paid for 2 to 4 day delivery and 2 1/2 weeks later I received the shipment in spite of canceling it and requesting a refund significantly ahead of the delivery. Customer service is the worst! I do not recommend the supplier unless you are ready for a long delivery cycle and terrible customer service!

They are complete frauds! Took over a month to get items . 1 item was damaged and 1 was the wrong item . When I asked for a shipping label to send return and get a full refund they said I had to pay for shipping back which is up to $60 because they are in china. It took multiple emails to even get this response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I purchased a skirt and top before the holidays. They arrived and were HUGE on me. I tried to contact customer service only to find out my shipping cost back to CHINA would cost me almost the price of my entire order. BEWARE!

Ordered items with rush delivery for the holidays and when they didn’t arrive on time, I emailed Customer Service to request cancellation and refund, but they responded with delayed shipping updates and offered a $6 refund (on a $115 order)?!
I replied with very clear confirmation that I wanted to cancel the order and process the refund immediately and they waited several more days to then reply with a bogus shipping update.
Terrible

First of all, this company is using other influencer’s photos and videos for their own products (which aren’t even the same) without their permission. I paid $20 extra for expedited shipping and finally got my items ONE MONTH LATER. They only offered me a $9 refund. Finally received the items (a sweater and pants) and the sweater is different from the picture advertised and the pants have this horrible chemical smell to them that I’m not sure I can even wear them. AWFUL SITE. Beware!!!!!

Long wait time and terrible customer service. Took a month to receive order. Needless to say, couldn’t wear it for the holidays, as planned.

Moxidress is a terrible company!! It took weeks for my clothes to arrive, and they were not as described or pictured on the website. The material is cheap and one dress showed up completely see-through. The site directs you to email Customer Service for refunds or returns but nobody will ever respond!! DO NOT BUT FROM THEM!!! SCAM!!!!!

Only because I had to leave a star to review. Placed an order Dec 1 still haven’t received order. Have asked for refund weeks after it hasn’t even shipped and no reply. Got a email saying half has shipped and other will ship soon. Emailed and told them I’m no longer interested in the product and want full refund again. Shows my first shipment is in Jamaica Hills near Queens NY and now it saying both shipments are there. SCAM!! Nothing I hate more than thieves!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They refuse to ship and then when you ask for an update or refund they lie and do not issue the refund. Its been a month and my product still hasn’t shipped and they are ignoring my request for a full refund/cancellation. SCAM!

I'm so angry. Ordered a dress on November 22 to wear on New Year's. Paid expedited shipping, it's now December 27th and still no dress. I feel like I got scammed hard. Thanks for nothing

Placed an order on Dec 7 and paid for the expedited shipping. Dec 20th it still never shipped. I emailed saying to cancel the order and refund me my money. No reply until after they ship it. I sent another email saying that I do not want the product any longer. They instead send me the tracking number. This company is HORRIBLE!!!

Terrible! Scammers! They don’t ship for days and then when you ask to cancel they ship half the order. No delivery yet and they wont cancel. Same as every other review. Do not order from them. I will be contacting BBB and I asked for a refund.
