Horrible company!! I got sucked into ordering and placed an order Dec 5. They said items would be received in 7-10 days. I’ve emailed them multiple times since 12/15, that I wanted to cancel the order. They have completely ignored me, and instead of canceling & refunding me they sent 1/2 the order after the fact. It’s been in Asia for 4 days. I thought this was a fake company at one point because it’s been so terrible. I wrote negative comments on FB to warn people & was blocked. I did the same on Instagram. This company needs to be shut down. They should not be able to do business. Hopefully people see this!!!!!

Can't really say anything about my experience, just yet...I placed an order a few days ago, chose the expedited shipping (to "ensure" it's here for Christmas). After reading these reviews, I am highly nervous...like others have said, I definitely wish I had read reviews first!! Cross your fingers!!

I have to agree with everyone else. My order did get here in a timely manner however I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the fabric. It’s super thin and looks nothing like the photo of the dress in the ad. I bought the dress for wedding and disappointed is an understatement.

Product is awful, I asked for a refund and was told they would offer me $16 to keep the product. But I spent $93. If I want to return the product, it’s at my expense to China.

1 star is not even warranted but negative stars is not available. Deceitful is word that sums it up. I am reporting them to my bank for fraud. They think I will go away but think again. This company had to stop or be stopped. Their customer service is a joke. I will be on here and every other platform daily

Two months for dress to come and it’s AWFUL. Nothing like the pic. It’s crushed velvet. VELVET! So disappointed. Straight to the thrift shop wit this abomination of a dress.

If I could give a minus 5 star review I would.I was hugely disappointed when this dress arrived!It was nothing like the pictures.Absolutely poor quality and construction of dress.I have messaged and sent pics as they requested in regards to a refund and was sent a automated email response offering me $9 back.I paid $90NZD.I feel scammed.

Do not buy from this website! After receiving a dress I ordered that had a faulty zip, I contacted customer service to arrange a return and refund. They took days to respond and told me I had to cover the return postage even though the dress was failure. They kept sending me the same auto response email. Such terrible customer service.

Stay away from this
company. Bought a pants outfit described as cotton/ linen and got a pair of cheao polyster pajamas. The shipping was 4 weeks and they wouldn't take a return without a reply from their customer service. I have sent 5 emails with no response, even though they guarantee to respond in 25 hours. Save your money!

This is a scam, you will receive clothes that are cheap, badly made and they will not reply to emails to return the items. Now trying to go through PayPal resolution to get my money back.

I would also give this 'company' zero stars if that were an option. Bought some clothes in November of 2021 - took forever to arrive. It's been so long now, I don't remember when they actually arrived, but it was Jan/Feb. I didn't like the clothes (they are cheap, hence the pricing), as they are not as represented on the website, so I initiated a return. They tried to convince me to keep the almost $400 worth of clothes if they gave me a $30 credit. NO WAY.

After many emails back and forth declining their offer to keep the shat clothes....

To return the clothes, I had to send them to CHINA. It cost over $120 to mail them to CHINA. But I figured it would be worth it to get the majority of my money back. But OH NO!! Moxidress is not going to give up that easy! After months, I emailed asking where the refund was - my package to CHINA was held up in customs. So they hadn't received them and couldn't issue a refund. Rigghhhhht....

I left this alone figuring eventually I would see a credit on my credit card. Instead, in March of 2023 (over a full YEAR later), after having our mail held for the winter - my mailman brings me a package from January of 2023 - postmarked from NEW JERSEY with the damned clothes in them. Returning them. To me. Again.

This 'company' is a huge scam. And I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know ever purchases anything from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

I would leave 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered a dress months ago to wear to a wedding in Dec. and it is Feb. and I still have not received it. I complained on the website twice and they asked for more time. I will never order from them again. I think they are a hoax. I have never left a review for any site until now and they are worth leaving one for.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! I ordered two sweaters it took a month and a half to arrive. In addition the color of one of them was very different than the pictures. Last I tried to return my product and they are trying to give me the run around to just keep the product. They finally provided an address to send back in Shanghai China.

I wish I saw this review before I ordered...2 dresses and a shirt almost 2 months later received only 2 items today and they are garage. My "green" dress is not only not green but silver, it's see through! The shirt is a napkin stitch together. What a SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered over $230 worth of clothing at the beginning of November. I STILL have not received part of my order. Paypal is useless in my dispute. Worst experience ever!

Do not order! This company is a scam. Items come from China and are horribly made.

Ordered 6 items the middle of November. Finally received 3 of them 2 months later and still randomly getting the other items. It’s been almost 3 months and still haven’t received all my order. DO NOT order from this company. The quality of the items are poor as well. It might “look cute” on the models but does not look cute in real life.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Order sweater and jumpsuit they look nothing like the pictures! Plus waited 7 weeks to get! Moxidress also turned off comments on Facebook so no one can comment negative comments!! BEWARE don’t buy from this OUT OF COUNTRY SITE! USA made only!

Spent almost $90 on 3 shirts. They all look NOTHING like the pictures. They are horrible quality. I contacted their customer service immediatly and they said they'll give me $18 and I can keep the shirts. The other option is to pay $20 shipping to send it back and get my refund. Total junk. Return policy is a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! NO MATTER HOW CUTE THE SHIRT IS!!

Horrible company. I had to email them multiple times before they would ship my items. Was shipped over a month after ordering. I ordered 3 dresses. 2 came a week before the third. The third dress I ordered In green and it is silver. Not at all green. Low quality. Will never prefer from this company again.
