Horrible customer service. Placed an order and received part of my order after three months and trying to cancel the order. I then tried to return the item since it did not find. The only way to return is to email customer service first, which then then took two more months to return email and then told me it was not worth returning the item because I would have to pay shipping and restocking. Then said just keep and give to a friend that would like them.

Will never buy from again and don’t recommend

20 days after paying for an expedited order, there is still no tracking number and no update. Total scam. DO NOT buy from this company

Do not order from this website. A month later and I have not received any of the dresses I ordered. In addition the following day I placed the order, my credit card information was stolen and a lot of charges were made. This was the last transaction before someone stole my information. I am dealing with disputes and replaced my card. Please be very careful

Do not order from them. Offered an 8 dollar refund. Plan to go to pay pal to dispute.

I regret to say that my online dress purchase from this company ended in disappointment. Despite placing the order, the dress was never received. Multiple attempts to contact customer service through three different email addresses went unanswered. Similarly, reaching out via Instagram and Facebook chat yielded no response. With no other recourse, I had to escalate the issue to PayPal for resolution. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this group.

This site is a scam. I ordered a bathing suit and coverup set, never received the coverup. I tried contacting customer service 3 times and got no response. I am trying to get a partial refund

Stay away from ordering through this company. Ordered 2 shirts for Christmas, in early December. When u saw they even shipped two weeks later I requested them to cancel my order. Over a month and a half later they mailed the items even though I requested a cancellation numerous times. Now they won’t even return my emails to send the items back. Horrible horrible customer service. The quality of clothing wasn’t great either.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ! Took 6 weeks to get the items. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had to go through my PayPal to even get a return authorization. Cost over $40 to ship back.

This place is a scam! I paid sooooo much extra for fast shipping. It came two months later. The item is horrible. Cheap. It’s a knock off and they’re using influencer videos to recreate fake items that look similar to it in order to get sales. I’m just speechless right now. Do not order. This is a knock off Chinese website. They’re saying i have to pay for return shipping which is 60 and they’re gonna review the items when i send it back. They should be shut down. Beware.

If i could give 0 star I would. i purchased 4 outfits. Out of 4, only 1 looks good. I wanted to return them but as soon as i sent an emaik to their customer service email, they replied 2 days later offering only 4 $ refund. I paid 50$ per outfit, so i expect to get a full refund when i return the goods. No one is answering my emails since i refused the rebate and ask to receive the return label. Its because of conpanys like moxidress that i will not buy from another website except bigger ones like amazon

I ordered a sweater/skirt promoted by an influencer online. I paid for quick shipping and waited over 60 days for the order to arrive.

No one is answering me after I ordered two items expedited shipping and a week later nothing. No answer to my emails about when they would come in and now the event is in two days and I won't receive it or hear from them. Sent several emails with no replies.

Terrible. There’s no way that you can get in touch with this company. I should’ve read the reviews first before I purchased.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The item took about 6+ weeks to arrive. When it arrived it wasn’t the same quality or fit as online. When I asked for a full refund and explained the quality wasn’t good they ignored me and merely offered an $8 credit instead to keep the item - clearly so they can still make a profit on their fake china made item still. They are a scam and make it difficult to return their crappy items.
