Mountain High Avis 

The worst customer service that I have experienced in a very long time. I purchased a snow package for the season but never received the ticket. I called 5 -8 times and finally spoke with the manager who told me that I had to pick up the season pass.I called my bank back to cancel the dispute and they did. when i drove 2 hours to the resort they told me that they could not find the ticket. Now the bank does not want to reopen the dispute cause I canceled it and mountain high does not want to answer there phones. I am out of a lot of money and left with a lot of frustration!! I and my family and friends will never ski at Mountain High again!!!

It took almost an hour to get our lift tickets and there was only 4 or 5 people in front of us... I assumed the VIP line would have been quick. I watched the people in line next to us cycling through much faster.

Besides that, the 4 pack of tickets was a good deal.

It was so inefficient, people were cutting lines, and there was no clarity as to which line to wait under.

This shouldn't take an hour. it should take less than 5 minutes if you purchased online!

Love the resort and kids have a great time. Only reason for the 4 is the communication on parking as West lot gets full.

An amazing experience, could use more lights after dark

Mountain High is a good place to ski/snowboard. They have a lot of available lifts and it’s closer than big bear. The lodges are very nice and accessible.

When we arrived, we waited in line to get my online pre-purchased ticket for over 1 hour. The online report said 100% of the mountain was open that was not the case. Other than that we had a good time.

Had a great time at the East resort. But why charge for parking? Traffic is now even worse because of that and this affects shuttle frequency. Food is not the best.

I love the ski resort, but the people who work there r very bad, I felt very humiliated when they took away my pass, when I went to rent ski poles that I had forgotten, they wanted my bill for my pass, and when I couldn’t show, they didn’t return the pass ! Same thing happened to my daughter,!

Good snow for early season, great price when purchased in advance. I was glad to not have any issues with the chair lifts breaking down, as I have on trips in the past. It would be nice to get more features and Playground set up, since the trails got jammed up in spots with people waiting in queue for the few features that are there currently.

Great place to go and learn to snowboard or ski.

Was there for thanksgiving morning slept in my car just to get the first run of the morning it was amazing Mountain high is truly my happy place thanks for the best thanks giving ever welcome back winter

the way was block that day, and there is no notification says about that, other thing was good!

This is my 5th year coming to Mountain High and it’s best winter experience within 1 1/2 hours away from home.

I went to MTH on Thanksgiving day. It was heavy snow and there was no snow truck to clean up the road. I was driving with the tire chains but it was still very hazardous for driving. MTH should do it more for safety on the road to the resort.

Very pleased w customer service on purchase of gift cards. After purchase, I was called to confirm address to send gift cards.
