First let me say my coordinator Hannah D. was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Hannah kept me informed by sending me messages and that let me know when ready to ship also checked on my experiences.
The only issue was the customer support team when I lost Hannah’s contact information they need to be a little more helpful. If I was to go back to them I would request Hannah!

Just received my 1st shipment of GLP1 meds. Probably the most professional packaging I've seen. Tracking of the shipment was spot on. Frederick has been incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. With all the online advertisements for GLP1 I'm glad I chose MultiMedRX. I feel very confident that they will do everything to help me reach my goal. BTW whoever is in charge of payroll Frederick should get a raise, he made me feel right about choosing your company.

This is my first time using the compounded Tirzepatide for weight loss management. I have incorporated a low carb keto diet and a daily walk/run. The weight is coming off beautifully. Ray in customer service is awesome. I had one little hiccup in shipping (Hawaii) and he was quick to rectify the situation. Mahalo nui loa...thank you very much Ray!!!

I saw Multimedrx’s on Facebook, I thought I would give it a try , as a pt struggling to lose weight I wanted to try terzepitide at a higher dose seeing was not a stranger to weight loss medication, I met Frederick Atuatasi the customer service representative who became my coordinator, this person was very knowledgeable, understanding, supportive, and amazing to work with He understood my needs and my frustration. The Medication came in the mail and I had the pre filled syringes so it was easy to take . He was available for all my questions and I felt supported and hurd. I would definitely recommend him and the company.

I had called and left a message. Frederick called back within a few minutes. He listened to my concerns, etc. and helped with my 3rd months supply of Tirzepatide. He answered all my questions and concerns. He was thoughtful and considerate.

From the very beginning with contacting the company, I have been kept in the loop and updated every step of the way. There was no guessing what was next, and if I had a question it was answered promptly. In the beginning, Sara was my representative and she is absolutely exceptional! She is very knowledgeable of the process, gets back to you when she says she is and so very kind.

He even shared a little about his own weight loss journey & experience with the product and that was reassuring! And he booked our phone appointment working into my schedule- Thank you Fredrick!

Frederick was excellent in customer service so far , delivered what he promised . There are so many scams out there , and he made me very comfortable . As I am a senior citizen and very leary . I was in mgt my whole life in sales , I would definitely try to steal
