This representative worked way beyond. He answered all of my questions. He presented all of the facts and information that were necessary for me to know. He was calm. He was patient. And he actually spent time with me. This is something that typically never happens so I greatly appreciate it. I give him five out of five stars. He’s an outstanding and professional person.

Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company. I was told that I could pick up but they mailed it to me. This not right. I have more share days to come.

The Best of the Best

I have been in the program since September 2024. I am on my last month as i have met my goal. During the process the beginining started great, and then their were some bumps. However Matt Ostrowski stepped in and provided the best customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure my account medication and communicated. When someone internal messed up he was the one that fixed it. When my account was double charged he fixed it immediately. I would not have stayed in the program if Matt was not there. 16 months and I lost 52 lbs. I am happy for the opportunity and

Five Star Customer Service

First, I’m going to say what I usually end a positive review with:
Your company is extremely blessed to have Matt as an employee.
He’s one of the most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient customer service reps I’ve had the pleasure of working with in quite some time. In addition, his problem-solving skills are outstanding.
I came across Matt when I began experiencing communication issues with MultiMedRx as a new customer/patient. I wanted to know when to expect my first shipment of Zepbound because my monthly dose was about to end. I tried replying to the “generic” emails I received welcoming me to the company. I received nothing back. Then I tried your chat “box”, where I was told agents don’t have that information. As a last resort (which should have been my first) I called the main number and luckily Matt was there to assist.
After some initial checking of my account, Matt found there were 2 created, one of which had completely wrong information (i.e., phone number, email address, credit card information), which helped to explain why I had been unable to connect with anyone else for help. Matt immediately went to work, removing that account and carefully correcting all necessary information in the other.
Next, he patiently walked me through the processes needed to ensure I get the right medication in a timely manner, as well as ways to access help with any other questions or issues with the company. He even gave me his direct phone number, assuring he would “be there for me” if I preferred to collaborate with him in the future.
In the end, Matt was able to change the negative first impression I had of MultiMedRx to a positive one that I feel lucky to be a part of. From the very start, his extremely accommodating and friendly demeanor made all the difference to me. Matt now has me looking forward to a rewarding relationship with the company now and in the future.
He’s a true winner!

Matt saved a client!! To be honest am I was ready to cancel my…

To be honest I was ready to cancel my subscription after 6 months because every time I called in I got someone different and they all gave me different information. After spending probably an hour on the phone last night dealing with different people I was done!!!! I called in today to say my goodbyes and I just so happened to get Matt Ostrowski on the phone.He asked me what was going on and after explaining the problem he answered what no one else could, within 3 minutes the problem was solved!! I couldn’t believe my luck that he happened to answer my call! At the end of the conversation I asked him if he could be my agent because after the craziness I went through last night I had had enough! I’m so happy and I’m looking forward to my future with the program now!
Thank you Matt for spending a little while explaining what no one else would or could!If it was up to me I’d give you a raise!

Prescription didn’t come …

I called because my prescription didn’t come in the mail like usual, but I got the nicest and most efficient guy to help me. Big shout out to Matt Ostrowski he got my med processed right away and fixed everything and made me feel that everything as being handled the way it should be!! Thank you Matt your the best!!

They make charges to your card when you…

They make charges to your card when you canceled the shots the first time. They charged me $299 to my card without me making an order after two months. They won’t answer my request. They are horrible people!!!!

Overnight shipment received

Today is December 15th 2025. I signed up on December 2nd , paid for a three month plan. I have done all that was asked of me. I still have not heard from the company, Roseli Morales was suppose to follow up with me. I still havent heard from her although I have made several attempts through calls, email , and web site attempts. I must hear somethig this week or I will think this is a scam and I will have to talk to credit card company to help me.
Has anyone else had this happen:
I have been called back by Jessica and Alex with apologies and promises to ship same day. I now have my trizepatide with metformin added.

WARNING⚠️🛑 Do not order from this company the first month I started I got severe headaches so I canceled with them I never signed an agreement to bill my credit card and they also say on their website they will never charge you unless you call and order from them but they don't abide by that. Now they're months later they're charging my credit card And im not even their patient and i do not receive medication from them do not use this company warning warning🛑⚠️ make sure you read the reviews the reviews are terrible people reporting the same issues

It is unusual to find good customer service these days!

I finally found it here, specifically with Matt. He is the most patient and kind person to talk to. He solved some problems that I had (wrong med ordered and miscommunication) very quickly and efficiently AND was a sweetheart while doing so! I cannot say enough about how pleasant it has been dealing with him. I hope he is paid very well.

Matt was great - personable, knowledgeable & took his time answering my questions. While I don’t feel I have enough knowledge on the company itself it give it a five star rating, Matt easily deserves the 5 stars.

Look no further!!

Look no further!!! Weight loss is possible with Dr.Francis and Matt Ostrowski!!! This super duo has helped me since Dec 2024 loose over 45lbs.They care they listen and Matt is on call to help in any and every way..
