From what I can see, your policy has been set up, is live, and a customer service contact call took place today, so there may be some confusion arising from that conversation.
I am going to email you directly now so you can help me understand exactly what has happened from your perspective. Once you have had a chance to review my email, I would really appreciate it if you could reply with a few details about where you feel the service did not meet your expectations, or any aspects you feel were not clearly explained.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Taking out life insurance is an important decision and we want to ensure every customer fully understands their policy, the benefits, and the value of the protection in place for their family. The last thing we would want is for anyone to cancel or not proceed with cover intended to protect their loved ones because of a misunderstanding.

It costs little and is worth it, that way you and your family will be protected.
I was assisted by Rendall, and the conversation was so smooth it felt like 10 minutes. He explained the insurance very well, giving me opportunities to ask questions.
