Already had a policy open with Polly back from a few years ago. Didnt get chance to add my newest member of the family, so requested a back earlier today. Not even 30 minutes later i was already seen to and receiving their call. Was greeted by such a warm and welcoming gentleman named Mike McCarthy, not only was he super helpful and a delight to have handling my request. His mannerisms and openess was outstanding, considering the morbidity of the purpose behind life insurance. 1,000,000% definitely going to request Polly to friends and family.

Had a lovely guy, Scott Williams, helping me sort out my life insurance today. Was a tad unsure about doing this as I’m still quite young but he was friendly and easy to talk to throughout the process, reassuring me it’s probably better to do it now rather than wait. Made everything very clear for me and offered to help my partner sort out his life insurance too. Not a bad word to say :)
