Great experience recommend Lewis Routley
Originally wanted to just query due to all the adverts ive seen. I have previously pondered but never bothered. Lewis Routley assisted me with this was very understanding, friendly and professional. Made it seem far less daunting than i imagined and was very easy and fairly quick. Very easy to talk to and transparent regarding information needed. He also was very considerate of my experience and situation talking through options with me to ensure which option best suited myself and was affordable. If not for his call and his manner i may still not have bothered as in all honesty i usually hang up after 5 minutes. But i do now feel a bit of relief and at ease knowing there is something in place if needed.

Umesh Parmar phoned me in regards to a life insurance quote i had requested and went through all the information and policies, i found it a very long process but everything was explained and Umesh asked regarding my budget and helped worked around what was best for me and my situation, he was very helpful and friendly and we had a bit of a laugh on the call even though its a serious subject, safe to say i am now covered with life insurance and i like the fact the premium stays the same price and wont rise so you know exactly what i am paying.
Plus there are little bonuses when you take out the policy like protecting the children and the 24/7 doctors app

Life insurance has always been something that scares me but speaking to Lewis Routley has been amazing. Setting up my life insurance policy was so easy and it felt like i was talking to a friend. Lewis was so down to earth, he was charming funny and also very personal which made the whole process so much easier. Couldn’t recommend Polly life insurance more!

Excellent customer care!
I decided to get life insurance as I’m expecting a baby and wanted to make sure my children would be looked after if anything ever happened to me. I didn’t really understand what life insurance was however Kalem Henry was really lovely and explained everything clearly, making what can be quite a daunting conversation feel very comfortable. Going above and beyond.
I really appreciate the lengths the advisor went to in order to get a plan that works for me.
Lewis Routley was a pleasure to speak with and provided me with all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision, however not once did I feel pressured to make a decision there and then.
