The staff were very friendly and helpful when I visited the offices to enquire about properties. They were proactive in helping find and arrange viewings for properties that were suited to my needs, and made special arrangements to ensure a quick and smooth process once I had settled on one.

Maintenance team the only interface and they require micro-managing to the extent that it has generated circa 250 emails, of which 80% or more relates to issues of existence for 6 months or more.

zero responsibility taken and landlord blamed for everything.

Reported this 6am. Had an e mail response at 617am. Further e mail from plumber at 830 confirming call out.
The wife’s just informed me that the plumber has arrived at 1120am.

I contacted the letting agency regarding their rental properties as I'm relocating from England to Scotland. Due to work commitments, I can't travel until the move and requested a video tour or online viewing of the properties. However, they informed me that they only accept applications from individuals who view the properties in person, despite my explanation of not having contacts in the city. It's frustrating that they make it difficult for people moving from afar to secure a property, especially when we're the ones taking the risk without a physical viewing.

Avoid this letting agent! Communication is a shambles from the Edinburgh office. Staff are not helpful at all. When moving out a property they do everything they can to keep the deposit.

I booked a viewing one week ago to see the property tomorrow but they cancelled my viewing appointment today when I was on the train from London to Edinburgh. They said tomorrow 10am is the earliest viewing slot but they sale the property right away! I cost a lot to come Edinburgh but they do nothing for me!

They were extremely helpful with everything and the process was very quick. They were able to negotiate a pet being allowed in the property as well. The house viewing itself was very informative. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.
