The app is well build, but the excersices where the same a lot of the times. I know it a rutine but If theres a challenge of 14 days, it would be Great To have 14 days of different excersices

The app would freeze during workout…
The app would freeze during workout sessions. There is little guidance offered during the session and the pace is too quick for beginners. Also the customer case service is dire! I had a a very bad experience. There are so many other better apps out there. This one is pretty terrible.
