I am 84 years old with IPF and in need…
I am 84 years old with IPF and in need of a shoulder replacement but I felt I needed to get some kind of exercise. I had a few issues getting started with the program however, working with Samantha we worked through all the issues and I am very pleased with the program and Samantha’s patience and help. I would strongly recommend this program.

Unauthorized Charges from this Overseas App.
I received a charge yesterday for $69.99 on a VISA debit card from these guys. I don't remember signing up for anything with them, or if I did, it was certainly not for an extended period of time. I looked through my sign-ups and did not find anything from Muscle Charge. Even if I did, it is shady not to notify a customer when a new charge is about to hit. My bank notified me of the charge, and declined it, so they must be used to this happening with this company. I told them that I did not authorize the charge, but now I have to go through the hassle of waiting for a new card to arrive. I will avoid these types of ads and apps in the future that are not based in the US. I hope this is helpful.

after 2 weeks I feel better after my work out. Nothing great but better than if I did nothing. I'm going to continue for another 2 weeks and see how I feel then.

Great for older people to get into an exercise rountine.
The web site is super easy to navigate. You can set your own pace and time. It is easy to get started and not so hard for a 70 year old to keep up with.

The app is thrown out there with no instructions as to how to use it. Do I do the one exercise featured or go beyond to alternate listed exercises. Not intuitive at all and possible source of injury if one assumes all have to be done.
