Tried the trial for £9.99 and thought had cancelled subscription through App but ....
Terrible tried the trial for £9.99 and then believed I had confirmed cancellation on the app. Find I have been charged £39.99 for the next two months despite me never having accessed the app or the website in that time typical internet subscription con. Very annoyed!
In response to your comments I already contacted your support team who basically said tough luck there are plenty of warnings to cancel the subscription and then subsequently offered me a further 6 months for free of something I am not using. I admit that I may have messed up by not confirming the cancellation properly but there is no reminder the trial is comong to an end when it is clear I am making no use of your service and no notification you were taking the £39.99 payment again despite it being clear I am not using your service. Only when I noticed the second payment did it end
Further update: To be fair they have obviously reviewed my complaint and refunded the current month so recovered half my unplanned spend which I guess they were not obliged to do and is appreciated so changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
