This process has been life changing ! These people were so professional with me by helping keep my package Even-though it took me over 7 months to actually get started because I am a procrastinator ! I’m just 4 days in but the workouts are…
I’m just 4 days in but the workouts are very well constructed and mine are senior friendly. Going from somewhat sedentary to getting some much needed exercise is healthy and makes me feel better. Looking forward to more workouts.

The site kept pushing other products and it never clearly confirmed my purchase or clearly explained how to access my program. Any explanation would have been buried in all the other crap.That was 4/27/26 and even I've seen nothing confirming my purchase and providing access to the program. Bob

You are not alone - they always help
I had a difficult time downloading and installing the program. I wanted so much to get started in the program but the technical problems continued and frustration was growing. The folks from Muscle Charge like "Ria" would not let it go. She was genuinely concerned about helping me with my goal. I finally ended up downloading the program and began right away. I am doing 16:8 fasting for a month now. I dropped down 5 kg, from 101 down to 96kg and I shall continue.
I want to share my best opinion about this system and to give my gratitude to Samantha, her advices were extra helpfull and gave me support to change some more details and to continue. My goal is 14 kg down altogetger.

This company has poor customer service, beware hidden auto renew subscription. They stuff you around for a month still no reimbursement from a renewal not notified about prior withdrawing funds.

Al ver su video publicitario me hizo pensar que era taichi en silla. Pues tengo la columna vertebral en malas condiciones. Llevo 3 operaciones y ya no habrá más. Lo último fue hacerme infiltración a las vértebras. Y siendo sinceros no creo poder hacer los ejercicios que vi en el nivel principiante. Tal vez me equivoqué de programa.

I tried the app and the method, and it worked really well. I felt calmer and noticed an improvement in my condition. It was easy to use.
Unfortunately, I am quite lazy and stopped using it. I only paid attention again when my subscription became active and I was charged. I immediately wrote to them saying that I did not wish to continue the subscription at that time.
I received a very prompt and extremely helpful response. With other companies, they usually refer to the contract and say that I agreed to the terms — but not here! I got my money back within three days.
This is an exceptional company with outstanding customer service. I am very satisfied with how they handle customer needs. Thanks! István

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for months now, and they refuse to cancel it, they just keep charging me. They started with $18.99, which I asked for a refund in January, and now they charged me $69.99! Total scam, don't waste your money. I'm still trying to get a refund.
