Wish I could give zero stars, but it wasn't possible to still be able to leave a comment. We have been trying for a month to cancel our subscription but to no avail. "Customer service" is non-existent and as others have stated, they have removed or hidden the option to cancel from your account page. Multiple emails to the "help" address on the account page with no response.

Buyer beware--don't sign up, even for any promo offers--unless you want to be locked in to a long, exhausting (and expensive) headache.

Dishonest....cant cancel, extra charges. Stay away!!!

I signed up through a promotion where the first box only cost $9. It took a month to get to me (I live in Florida). When I got the box, there was maybe $7 worth of products inside. I tried to cancel and their customer service told me I could only cancel after the second box. The second box cost $27! An outrageous price for what you get. Well, after the second box shipped, I tried to cancel and there was no option to cancel. I contacted customer service again, and they never responded. Finally I decided to email them again to let them know if I should be charged a third time, I would dispute the charge on my card. As of today, I have still not been able to cancel. One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. How they are not out of business yet is beyond me. Maybe having Publix down here has spoiled me with customer service, but the interactions I have had with them is not how you treat a customer.

They started off really good with top quality products and quite good customer service at least letting customers know about delays and the fact they made up for it by adding extra goodies in the boxes for us all but they have now seemed to get far to big beyond what they can handle, enticed people in with top brand supps and products and then after a while once people are subscribed they decide to remove customers ability to unsubscribe if they wish to take a break not only this the delivery takes well over 2 weeks to arrive

they never let you know of any delays and also the product quality has started to get worse and worse just being filled with cheap unheard of USA brands loaded with BCAAS and rubbish in the whey protein for example.

Not pleased, I have emailed to be removed from paying as they now have also decided to charge £4 a month extra for delivery, why should we pay extra when it takes 2-3 weeks to even arrive with us!?

I would have stayed a customer had the brand quality and service been good but they have really slipped up. Sly tactics AVOID at all cost, will be moving over to other company boxes going forward and nicer companies where u are rewarded and looked after for shopping there!!

I’ve been a subscriber to Musclecrate on and off for a few years now. I initially really enjoyed getting the boxes and liked the products they had too offer. Nowadays it just seems to be the same product samples getting putting into the boxes with a few new things every now and then. I think the customer service has really taken a plunge recently. Communication by email can take a very long time and sometimes you don’t even hear back. At the moment I’m having a problem with an order I made a a few week ago on a 2 day delivery that has not been sent and I have not received. The box delivery date seems to be getting later and later all the time too.

Terribly inefficient company, poor slow customer service, and when they finally responded about why my US-ordered package (which they stated would come from their US warehouse) hadn’t shipped, they told me it was because their US fulfillment center wasn’t ready yet. Aka they don’t have their act together, but are lying about it to get customers. When I did get the box it had some decent products, but prices are just average, and CS quality has ruined this for me.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS NOR DO THEY SHIP PRODUCTS! They have stolen countless dollars and have not shipped any products I've purchased. Do not waste your time or money.

Ordered first box on the 4th august 2019, it's now the 12th and still dont have it. Website states it ships next day, which it definitely does not. Social media for the company just throws out random dates which they dont appear to stick by, and even when its finally shipped, it still takes 2 days from then to get to you.

Website also states you must stay for two months, however I definitely will not be doing this. The consumer contract you enter when signing up is already broken by them not sticking to a service you are paying for.

Ok so I placed my order June 13th, took till June 20th to ship which the website claims, “next day shipping” which was false advertisement. Next, I was told “10-14” days till my order arrives.. it’s been 21 days and still haven’t seen any package, no emails I’ve sent have been responded back to. So all together I’ve been waiting almost 30 days and still no response, no package and yet another unsatisfied costumer.

They're customer service is literally nonexistent, they charged me twice and I recieved nothing for it

Ordered two boxes and haven't received either, no one from customer service will get back to me, this is a mess and I wish I never would've engaged with this B.S. company.

I ordered two packages from this company within 3 months and I haven’t gotten one package and will not give me a refund for my purchase and I will not be using or recommending this company or team to anyone. It’s a waste of money and time and your better off walking to Walmart and buying the same stuff then these guys

I paid for one box and it hasn’t gotten here yet. And it says on the website that the status is “fulfilled” and you can’t just order one they force you to pay for 2 it is a ton of bull crap

If i could get 0 stars i would, you have to be subscribed for two months before you can cancel your subscription what kind of bull shitt is that. The worse part is that this monthly subscription is not even worth it, youre paying literally 20$ USD for a couple of workout 1 serving workout sample packets and a protein drink thats costs like 2$. Horrible customer service and experience. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I hope they go out of business.

Worse online service i have ever come across. 1st box has just arrived 4 weeks after ordering. Got charged for a 2nd box before 1st one was even sent out. I did get a response apologising that they would upgrade my box to a premium box. Assuming she meant my 2nd box but that did arrive few days later on its own. No 2nd box so can only assume they combined my order into one which means i got no upgrade as 2 normal boxes are same price. Absolute tripe company to deal with. Steer well clear if you don't want ripping off. Boxes are garbage anyway. Hardly any protein in them. Mostly pre workout. Look elsewhere for better deals these are dodgy.

Poor responses, poor customer service, don't stick to the times they quote, can't follow simple instructions like "i don't want the box, give me a refund"

All round, probably not worth it for whats probably just some overhyped pre workout (just have a coffee instead) and some probably some BCAA's (just eat more protein)

I still haven't received my first box, ordered over 3 weeks ago, and i've been charged twice.

Awful company AVOID! Charged me for 2 months worth of boxes within 2 days, so ive outlayed £30 now and still no sign of my muscle crate after almost a month. Absolute joke and tinpot firm, hope they go under bunch of c**ts

Bad communication, the company charged on 25 and says they ship the boxes on 27th of every month and a week later after not receiving anything i sent 5 emails which only one they replied that they are out of stock and they have stoped communicating, they delete negative comments and block your profile on instagram if you leave a negative review,
A bad company, do not keep their promise.
