A superb subscription box. There is no repetitiveness of items received in boxes and everything I received I used. It is great value for money.
Customer service is great and never had an issue with deleveries.

Highly enjoyed being able to try loads of sample products without having to buy the full product first.
Found some of the best pre workouts I now use from them like black magic and got me into skull crusher coffees. Good if you've got a small bit of money left over for the month to try different products out.

Been a subscriber for just under a year now. Excellent idea and great value for money. You get roughly 5/6 different items each box and get to try things you would never normally buy. 1st box I ever got had a set of resistance bands worth £35+ along with protein drinks/snacks/powders all for £20.Would recommend to anyone.

I can honestly say I have had no issues, I have had to cancel my subscription due to covid and I have received an email to confirm the cancellation, I am horrified to see some people have had a terrible experience we shall now see if they honour the cancellation, but product and customer service I cannot fault

Scam... take your money then never send the item.. you can't ring them all you can do is email.. they never reply. DO NOT USE

I have had a monthly subscription for over a year now. I no longer wish to receive the boxes. They are not what I expected and quality has declined.

You cannot cancel via the website, and they have NO customer service phone number. I have now attempted to follow their directions and cancel via email 6 times now over the last few months with zero response. I just keep getting charged.

Just a little FYI this company is listed at in liquidation and bankrupt on HMRC website so be weary.
I seem to have been one of the lucky ones as I actually did get my order but not without a fight.
I didn’t order a monthly box, I had purchased a pre workout and skull crusher coffee. After my order I didn’t hear anything so I had emailed them just to ask when my order would be shipped (this was almost a week after I had placed the order and it’s meant to be 48h delivery FYI) no reply, so I messaged them on Instagram, no reply, tried their customer service a few days later.. still no reply. So on Monday 08/02 I contacted trading standers (Scotland and England) for advice and also contact skull crusher coffee to let them know that it represents them poorly to be associated with a company like this. Well it’s funny that I then got an email to say my order has been dispatched (with a fake tracker that never worked) funny considering trading standards said they were looking into this company. Anyway 2 weeks later 10/02 I finally get my order.. no order slip or anything in it but hey.

Very slow to respond to customers. Emailed to cancel, they said they can't cancel until the box was shipped. Past 16 days I have been emailing to send the box back for a refund and have not received a good response other than the one finally agreeing to cancel the subscription. No number to call to allow you to talk to someone straight away, ignore Facebook messages and Instagram DMs too.

It was hard awarding the one star. I’ve been with these for almost a year now, the delivery was always hit and miss but that never really bothered me. Customer service on the other hand.. I’m basically tied in because they haven’t replied to any e mails and I can’t cancel my subscription. A bit gutted really as I was enjoying the monthly supplement lottery but now I’m left feeling mugged. Save yourself the hassle and the money, there are other brands out there that actually know how to run a business.

Cant really fault them to be honest... I've sadly now had to cancel my sub as covid has had an impact on my money... but cancelling was very quick and easy (far better than any other subscription box service I've had before).

I had 4 boxes from them, the last seemed to have a value around the subscription cost, but the other 3 were above it and it's a nice way of trying new products.

I'll be restarting my sub when my work gets back to normal.

Been a subscription holder for a few months now maybe 3 or 4 not sure but can check. First box went fine then the second wasn't sent and I had to chase them to dispatch it also as the boxes went on the got worse and worse....the latest box literally had an energy drink 2 protein bars a small small tub of protein and 2 sachet samples of protein...that wouldn't even cost the price of the sub.

Absolutely ridiculous tbh currently looking into cancelling which I hope is easy

Ordered a supplement from the supplement store, NOT the subscription box. Hasn’t arrived, haven’t responded to any of my queries across email or social media. Avoid. Purchase elsewhere.

Actually came on here to leave a bad review as I was annoyed that I had to email them to cancel my subscription, but after reading the reviews on here it seems most of you are just annoyed as you just forgot to email them in time and actually had to pay for the second box. 😂 You guys need to grow up the quality of products in the box is more value than £20 its just a shame I won't use most of it tbh or its one use samples instead of a months supply of 1/2 different products.

All the crates i recieved had great quality products including new favourites i never would have tried.
When i needed to cancel (due to loss of income during covid, not because of quality) I emailed them and they replied within 24 hours and canceled my subscription with no issues at all.

I will renew my subscription when my own situation improves as I will miss my montly goodies.

I like many took out a subscription with muscle crate with the first month discounted box. I had been wanting to try various new products so it wasn't a difficult choice. I was a bit sceptical due to bad reviews but thought well the majority of people only review when they have a negative experience. Mine has been both negative and positive. The branding of the company is very good and can't complain at the quality of the products that are in the box. Products that do need replacing should be changed like for like though.
I also ordered some water bottles off their site which were on offer to never receive them. And this is what really let's this company down. Communication.
I emailed to chase up the water bottle order. A few days later I got a response saying I'll chase them up. A few days passed no further contact and no bottles have arrived. I email again. Receive a response a few days later saying I'll pass this on to my manager to find out what is going on. About 2 weeks later the manager emails to say that they had held no such offer so is refunding me! I had ordered them via their website!? So I replied to that email and guess what. No response!
If you have patience and enjoy spending your time with a one way conversation then this is the company for you.
If you're not fussed with contact with them then I highly recommend the subscription as it's worth the money.
I cancelled my subscription due to furlough :-(
And the quickest reply I ever got off them was to cancel my subscription, odd!

Never once had an issue with communications from the company. Box is great for the price you pay gives you a chance to fry the products before you commit to buying. Full size preworkout and decent size bags or tubs or protein

Do not reply to emails. Make it hard to cancel subscription. Appalling customer service.
