If I could give minus stars I would as this company is appalling. I did a similar things to others, I order a first box on offer but then they took a second payment 2 weeks later even though the website states payment is taking at end of month. I've tried emailing them but they chose to ignore your emails and when they have replied have just said subscriptions are non refundable. I've opened a dispute with my bank over them. This company should be shut down for their appalling customer service and taking payments wrongly and without permission!

Box never came emailed about it which took a while to get a response. Was told would get 2 the next month and got nothing. Dont waste your money

Opening a crate each month was nice and encouraged me to stay in routine 👍

They are an absolute and utter scam. Force you to email them to cancel your subscription and will not respond to you for days so they can ship you your next order first.

Typical con-artist. I would not touch this company again with a 10-foot pole.

Scam. Take your money no product no refund no reply.

I feel a bit silly tbh, I should have read some of the reviews on here.

I ordered my first subscription because I liked majority of the items and of course was pulled in by some discount code.i recieved my box but the item I really wanted was replaced with a protein powder that I can’t drink because I can’t stomach whey.

To top it all off I cannot cancel my subscription as stated on the website I have to email to do so. So learn from my mistake folks and stay away I’ll be calling my credit card company tomorrow to Block further payments.

Over the course of my membership I've had many a good BoxCrate arrive. The product samples, free things and sets are great. Based on the variety I get, I've never been disappointed! I'd say its a great box for Fitness heads that like variety and the occasional unexpected gift.

This box service has done me while over the time ive had it, like everything the company has been effected by covid19 i see alot of poor reveiws and all i can say i have never had anything but good things from them.
Things come to well packaged and within date no short dates or damaged packages.
Its perfect for someone whos just starting to get in supplements and wants to try a little bit of everything. Overall great company fantastic products.

Rubbish! You sign up to get an overpriced box, then attempt to cancel it and have to purchase a second box after the trial. Would never recommend. So overpriced

No explanations on the website, tracking details didn't work and nobody replied to me for 4 days which caused confusion and frustration.

I ordered my first box thinking what was in it looked great despite a little marked up but aware that's what happens with subscription boxes!

What arrived was nothing as advertised at all, not a SINGLE ITEM.

I then cancelled my subscription soon after, the company took a week and me sending an email every day at one point for them to reply... I had written confirmation that the standing order had been stopped and yet I have just been charged for another month which I cannot afford and don't want to waste my money on!

They've supposedly been reported now to multiple banks so I hope they get shut down and they learn that trying to sneakily steal money isn't the answer to running a successful company.

Honestly never dealt with a worse company as usually I am very understanding, but stealing money from my bank is where I draw the line.

Fantastic monthly box. Never had any issues, definitely worth the money.
Obvious the people complaining are just wanting something for free or don’t realise that it’s a subscription.

Iv cancelled a few times in the past and rejoined and never had any issues.

Poor value for money.

Don’t cancel subscriptions when asked.

I found this service to be of the highest quality in the products and the customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone who is training or just thinking about improving themselves.

I ordered some protein from this company on 8th July. It has now been well over 2 months, and I have not received anything.

After my first email was met with no response, I sent another, and was fobbed off with the "limited staff due to COVID" excuse. It's clear now that this was a complete cop out. They obviously do not have the stock/resources to fulfil my order. You have to question why a company wouldn't just be honest about this from the start.

A month later, after realising that the product was never going to be sent, I requested a refund. I was told that my request would be dealt with by a member of management immediately. A month on from this, and I've had no further response and no refund.

In short, this "company" are happy to take your money from you, with no intent of actually fulfilling your order. I shall stick to ordering from MyProtein in future, as they are an honest company who communicate with their customers and always deliver orders within a few days.

Trust me, call you bank and raise a dispute and get your money back. What kind of scum bag ignores an unemployed (due to covid19) parent who tells you not to charge as I need the money for my baby and not to send another package, then once its refused at the door they act like the parcel has just gone missing. Ignored my emails for weeks until they conned me into another month of payments. I previously tried to sign in and cancel however there website doesn't work. Never been scammed until this company.
