I’ve had only good experiences with Muscle Crate. It’s affordable, reliable and has given me the opportunity to discover new supplements which I still continue to use and buy regularly today. I would definitely recommend this to my friends!

I have nothing but good things to say about this subscription box. They were never late or missing. The products were good quality and it was always nice receiving a range of different healthy snacks. It was very easy to cancel with 1 simple email. Don’t believe every one of the 1 star reviews. This is a brilliant subscription service

Great service for me. The boxes were always in perfect condition and had great items inside. I was a customer for 5 months I believe and I had cancelled due to personal reasons but I will be signing up again when I’m ready. 4 stars as it’s inconvenient having to email for assistance instead of being able to call a number, kind of leaves you wondering whether you’ll be answered in time.

A small but mighty package. Everytine I receive a muscle crate delivery im buzzing to see what the have crammed inside (and its not just from the pre-workout testers they include the month before)

I like this monthly box , got a good collection of pre workout and protein. I’d say with the buy.

Moved address even though informed well in advance and said would change it. Was subsequently charged for 2 boxes that I never received no refund given

I really enjoy waiting and wondering what goodies ill receive next every month with these guys, they surprise me with great products to try and would highly recommend if you like getting lots of little treats every month

I've thoroughly enjoyed pretty much every product I've received from Muscle Crate, but it takes almost exactly a month after payment to receive the products living in the US in Florida. That said, all but one product (seal was broken and moisture had gotten in powder, almost definitely shipping or the factory's fault, not MC) has been in good condition and I've being exposed to all kinds of different brands. Highly recommend if you have the spare cash and are willing to wait.

I've been ordering musclecrate for several years now, my husband has been very pleased with every different box. I am happy to state everytime I cancel my subscription I am welcome to rejoin immediately. Due to the fact of the accumulation of the boxes and on behalf of our health we haven't been working out that is why I'm suspending it but in a future ofcourse we'll be purchasing. Incredible good company and service. Been ordering for 7 months now and am very very pleased every time. Crazy good value and really good products every month saving me lots of money from buying individually. Would and have reccomended to everyone

paid for a resistance bands box, thought I was getting a good deal. somehow they added me to a subscription charging me £20 a month, (4 months in now), have emailed them countless times to cancel my subscription and refund me all the extra charges, all they reply is "they cant find my account details"

Already paid for 4 boxes and got only 1 of them terrible staff impossible to contact them when i write them they just say that someone from team will contact you bet it’s already 3 months and no one contacted me doesn’t matter how many times I contact them!! If someone is thinking to but this subscription please don’t you only gonna lose your money and your nervs. Already reported to police for money scamming!!

This company is run by mongs, can’t believe it was recommended to me, made my first order 2 weeks ago have still not received order, do not get involved. I have contacted the police as it seems to be fraud taking money for goods that are never received.

Products and services are fantastic, I had a subscription for 3 months and received them all very quickly. Would recommend!!

Fantastic products for cost, crates always arrived promptly :) very good company

Great product and good value for money. Some good items in box isuch as whey protein, pre workout and protein bars.

Service is terrible as it took 2 months to get my first box. Eventually recieved it and have asked them to cancel but they haven't done it.

I'd strongly advise to stay away as its not good service and if your unlucky enough to have an issue it will take a LONG time to try and resolve it.

My advice..........AVOID!

I have had 3 boxes out of muscle crate this time around (I’m in the military so have to keep cancelling when I go on deployments) and they keep getting better! Their customer service even during the current pandemic has been nothing more than exemplary! I would highly recommend this company! And will be signing back up once back in the uk! Keep up the good work guys and girls!

Can't recommend enough, I've been using Muscle Crate for a couple of months now and have always been impressed with their service and quality of products. Extremely cost effective considering what you get for the price. My only advice to new subscribers, be patient with your first box, as you'd expect a company like this is extremely busy during these times and I promise you it'll be worth the wait.

This is a terrible company I still have not received my original box that I have paid for I have had contact with them to which has now stopped they told me loads of times they will sort issue out and have not I have asked for a refund and nothing this has been going for nearly 2 months now DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
