I never got to sample the crate as it failed to arrive. They use Hermes which is always problematic at my address. Musclecrate were responsive at the start and we’re going to resend using a different courier but that was weeks ago. Every email since then has gone unanswered. Save your money and use a more reputable business.

Sent me the wrong item, when I emailed about this they apologised and said it was an error.
I then asked on 3 different occasions when I would be sent the correct item with no reply, I then said I wanted to cancel my subscription which they said I couldn't until my second box arrived. I again asked when the correct item would arrive with no reply.

Terrible experience still haven't received correct item and have been charged for 2 boxes now and still not received the correct item.

Would highly recommend this subscription box!
Good value for money, and contains a great variety of products. I received a resistance band set in mine that would have cost more than the subscription itself!
Delivery was really quick, and the customer service team reply quickly if you have any questions.

Right from the start I have found my Muscle Crate experience to be quite excellent.

I have received 2 boxes so far and they have been full of some brilliant goodies. One of which had a full resistance band set that would have cost more than the box subscription price.

I would 100% recommend them to anybody who likes their supplements, it is a pleasant surprise each month coming home to a new parcel.

Ordered on 19th May and still not received my parcel. Hermes declared it lost on 16th June, still awaiting refund from Muscle Crate.

I was also incorrectly charged for a second box only 6 days after paying for my first box, despite their website stating "If you ordered between the 19th-25th your next renewal date will be the 25th of the following month"

You cannot cancel your subscription via the My Account section as displayed on their website, this simply gives you an email address to contact (although I did manage to cancel via email without any issues).

Their website/Facebook advertised boxes were being dispatched within 1-3 working days, which turned out to be a lie also. Mine was dispatched after 2 weeks and never delivered by Hermes.

Without doubt the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've been told numerous times that my complaint will be passed over to management but I'm yet to hear anything.

I took a punt on Muscle Crate despite the bad reviews as I wanted the resistance bands in Mays box, and I liked the concept. I'm now £46 lighter and yet to receive the box I paid for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Muscle Crate to anyone.

Cancelling is the biggest hasle I've known from any company.

Product is lact luster.

Avoid at all costs.

Didn’t cancel my subscription when requested and charged me again for a box I didn’t want.

Really happy with my box, content was not cheap china stuff like other people have said, nothing was damaged and came a week after ordering it! I’ll most definitely be keeping my subscription and look forward to more boxes and goodies.

Great service since they changed to Royal Mail. Lots of the bad feedback on here is due to Hermes loosing parcels, delivering them to the wrong place or just delaying delivery which was unfairly blamed on the Muscle Crate team.

Boxes are always great quality, been on and off subscriber from the past 2 years and never had issues cancelling.

Definitely worth the money

One of the best subscription services I’ve had use for. The first box had a great set of resistance bands and introduced me to CBD pre workout. The second was equally full of preworkout, protein samples, bars and shakes. Without doubt great value for money. I will be using this service for the foreseeable.

Still great, this months box has been another fantastic box.

Enjoyed my muscle crate subscription had to cancel for now as my funds are low but i allwaus got decent stuff in the boxes and more than my moneys worth, i think cancelling could be made easyer but aoart from.that i haven't had any bother to be honest

I have always enjoyed Muscle Crate's monthly boxes. It is exciting not knowing what you're going to be receiving and the equipment that occasionally comes with the crate's is always a welcome added bonus.

Excellent product range and equipment! Just what I needed to my door when the gym is closed!

This subscription has been incredible, I got so much cool stuff in each crate it kept me topped up each month on my supplements and it’s always new and exciting stuff in each crate! I highly recommend it to anyone!

and cancelling is easy, there’s no 28days notice rubbish you get on so many of these subscription things it’s a no fuss situation.

Very slow delivery had to wait weeks for first order with very poor comunication where they just straight upon ignore you while deleting messages and comments off their social media. They make it as difficult as possible to cancel your subscription by ignoring your emails. The items i eventually recieved were out of date and mouldy. They ignore emails and refuse to refund any money. Ive had to report them to trading standards and block them through my bank.
After doing some digging i have also found that they are operating while in liquidation this info can be found at company house. This is a very dodgy company who even post fake reviews and delete comments people post to try to cover up how truly awful they are.

This was a fantastic subscription the boxes were well worth the money delivery took a little bit longer due to covid but I was informed. Not a problem cancelling when I needed to hats off to milly very responsive and very professional. Would highly recommend and will be back in the future.

I definitely didn't have the experience others had, there was some delay in shipping my box but this was understandable due to Covid-19, the bands I got were fine and the pre-workout and Whey Protein were great.

I cancelled my subscription because I just cannot get into home workouts, I had to email in and recieved a reply within 2 days confirming my Subscription had now been cancelled, it was realtively hastle free.

I have given 4/5 stars because it would be better if there was a simpler way to cancel a subscription.
