I’ve been a subscriber for a long time, never had any issues. Yes, boxes are taking longer to arrive at the moment but surely people can appreciate that. Always a great selection of products. I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews, never had any issues. I think people don’t understand that it’s a subscription?! Also maybe people need to look up the definition of ‘scam’ - it’s a genuine company and products are delivered ... just because you have a delay in your order doesn’t mean it’s not a real company?! Anyway, good selection at a good price, can’t complain!

Have still not received parcel from may 18th three weeks late. Blaming the courier when it’s their fault.

Emailed to cancel subscription and they ignored it and carried on taking the money anyway.

To top it off I tried commenting on fb posts as they were ignoring emails so they deleted my comments and blocked me from the page.

Avoid at all cost absolute joke of a company

Avoid these! Believe all the negative reviews, cheap products, mostly just samples and their customer service is a joke. They attempted to take payment 6 times despite me cancelling! Luckily I used a pre paid card so could control the money. AVOID!

Subscribed on the 24th may, Dispatch email on the 29th even tho site claims 1-3 day dispatch. Nothing arrived between the 29th - 5th and still nothing now.

When checking my hermes tracking they state " were expecting your parcel " so doesnt even look like it's been sent. After a shed load of email which are slow and drawn out, you'll get the message to contact my hermes. This isn't my responsibility to chase up my purchase.

To cancle your order you need to email them which takes ages and by that time they take another payment!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I decided to subscribe despite what the negative reviews were saying. I needed resistance bands which were part of Mays bundle so I thought either way I'd get my moneys worth. Ordered on the 22nd May and didn't receive it until 4th June... Despite the websites claim that the bundle would be shipped within 1-3 days. I had enquired before were my order was and was told to take it up with Hermes as they had sent it. They obviously aren't aware that as a supplier they are responsible for the item until the customer receives it, not the courier or the customer. Anyways I cancelled the subscription, I'm not waiting weeks every time for my order to be fulfilled. Nor am I chasing up Hermes when it's the suppliers responsibility. Tbh they should know better than to associate with Hermes anyway, worst courier in the UK by a mile. Shame, it seems like a really good concept, if they change courier I might think of subscribing again.

Ordered box on 18th May still not recieved on 3rd June, but have taken out 2nd payment for another months box when I have asked them to cancel on multiple occasions.

They are useless and are just trying to scam you out of your money. Please avoid them. There will be other crate subs that you can use.

Update, finally recieved my box for May on June 4th. Resistance band ankle strap broke on first use. Cheap product. However the overall box itself seemed decent value for money. I have also now recieved June's box on 6th June. Again seems ok value but due to reasons above I will be cancelling my subscription if the customer service team ever reply.

But their Instagram Team asked me to update my review within 10 minutes of me tagging them into my instagram post. But yet they take forever to reply to emails asking to cancel subs.

Idea is good but customer service is a real let down. They cant take blame and pass the book.

I subscribed after looking at the others similar subscriptions services out there and being still dubious ... my first box arrived and I was disappointed about the value for money but it had the resistance band set so probably wasn't actually that bad value ... however part of the band set ( door anchor ) was missing after exchanging 13 emails with musclecrate and them say over a week ago that Hermes had lost the replacement ... I've still not received the replacement ... very slow to react and fulfill promises ... and no offer of compensation or additional products to sweeten me ... not that I'm bothered about that ... I just want what I paid for... my second box is due any day now ... lets see what happens

So... I ordered close to 2 weeks ago, still nothing. Milli probably doesn't exist, I've come to that. I have started proceedings with my bank as suspected fraud and using these reviews as other evidence of similar cases.

Disgusting behaviour that they are trying to scam people out of £20 lol you weak fraudsters.

Best part is... I already have my money back from my bank, I'm just proceeding with pressing on to make sure they don't do it to anyone else.

Check companies house before ordering people, liquidators have been in for sometime it sees

Received cheap Chinese fake resistance bands, aminos instead of whey protein and an out of date protein bar. Contents worth about £10. AVOID!!!

Two payments taken and no product available to be sent. No stock they say. And I'm not allowed to cancel.

Beware of this company if you can call this a company more like scam artists I ordered one of there boxes on the 19th may they took payment out a few days later and then tried to take another payment out on the 25th may Ii haven’t received any products from them it’s been over a week now and still no word on dispatching the item as it keeps saying unfulfilled I’ve emailed customer services and to be fair they have responded quickly but haven’t resolved anything and I’m still unaware of what’s happening ITS NOT HARD YOU SEND PRODUCT OR GIVE REFUND

The other day they sent me an offer via e-mail, I clicked and tried to sign up but it wasn't working.
Then they said it had expired (only minutes after being sent!). Went on social media and found out they are pros in false and misleading market.

Keep away from these scammers. I'm waiting for 2 weeks now even though it's advertised as 2-3 days for delivery. Can't access my account and cancel the subscription as well. Scam detected. Sad that I got played.

Amazing service the bands are very good quality and the box contains decent supplements 👌🏽 Can’t complain at all 💯👊🏽

Terrible terrible service. I ordered a month ago and I am still waiting for the box to be delivered despite being assured that they would issue a new box to me nothing has been done.

I would truly say that you need to avoid this company as much as possible.

Just recieved my first crate and I am very happy with it.

It's a nice way to try new things and the resistance bands that came with my crate are fantastic.

Good quality protein is never cheap so the box is well worth the price.

The only thing I would like to see is an option to supcribe for every other month as every month is just too frequent for me.

Don’t know why there is so many bad reviews. Great box , the bands are worth the price alone. Milly is excellent to deal with too.

Tbh I really liked the box and what was inside of it. Good quality for the money and you get what you pay for really. It’s definitely worth the £20!

The only thing I would advise to change is they say order is dispatched within 1-3 days but it definitely isn’t. Just maybe think it is a bit of false advertising but other than that there’s no problem with the actual box.

Brilliant service. Excellent products and great value for money. Efficient delivery in the midst of a pandemic. Thanks for keeping us all healthy in lockdown. Stay safe!
