Took my money, couldn't log in, rubbish support

After signing up, the welcome email did not include a temporary password, so it's impossible to sign in. I have contacted support via several methods and heard absolutely nothing. No help, nada. At this point, I'm feeling like I've been scammed. Would NOT recommend!

Having submitted this review, I _finally_ got a reply from musical-U and the issue has been resolved. However it's taken several days, and I've contacted them multiple times via a number of different channels. So I'm still not very impressed.

Two reasons for 4 stars: 1, I never rate anything as perfect, there is always room for growth. 2, I have only been here for three days. Everything has been fantastic so far, but it is only three days.

Extremely rich platform

I was looking for practical advice on how to play piano (like developing hands and fingers independence, etc.). Instead, I found this extremely rich platform, full of courses and advice to develop musicality. I am sure I will renew my subscription as it will benefit me in the long run. Being a beginner, though, I almost feel overwhelmed by the abundance of courses and stimuli and would also love some piano-oriented practice sections. This is the only reason why I am not giving the fifth star right now.

I’ve been excited since I’ve started MusicalU.
The support is fantastic and the amount of learning on the inside is mind-blowing. There’s so many things to learn. I want to spend all day inside the platform.

We all hate when it's hard to cancel a subscription :) And so we do aim to make it as easy as possible to cancel if somebody wishes to end their membership with us.

The people at MusicalU are clearly passionate and talented. I recently bought the new book and it is full of information and wisdom about music and musicality. I am enjoying it. I took their SuperLearning class and it was quite good. However, I recently purchased their 'Circle Mastery Experience' class and it has been disappointing. Most notably, there is no support from MusicalU staff when you post a question on the forum associated with the class. MusicalU does not respond to emails to their support address either. I've emailed several times and never heard back. Maybe it's growing pains, I'm not sure, but it is discouraging and makes me pause before investing any more in their resources.

So sorry to hear of this bad experience!

We do have team members assigned to check every discussion board every day, to make sure questions are answered promptly, but I can see that you're absolutely right, this has somehow been overlooked for The Circle Mastery Experience. We're going to look into what went wrong here. The last thing we want is for members to feel neglected or unsupported! And hopefully you can see from the rest of the site that our team is generally very available for this.

Obviously this is made worse by your emails to support not receiving a reply. We do reply to all support emails within 48 hours, generally within 24, so I wonder if there is an email deliverability issue at play. I will ask our team to reach out to you on the email provided here.

Synchronicity

Synchronicity, taking a leap of faith. Led me to discover this wonderful interactive university. It’s fun, encouraging full of great people vibes as expanded my knowledge to higher degree warm, welcoming, and very engaging it rocks the house.

I signed up and paid for the 30…

I signed up and paid for the 30 superlearning practice program. Firstly I had to sit 20 mins of nonsense about the benefits of the program. This was a waste of my time as I already knew the benefits. I hit the button to claim the promotion and pay. The button did not work I kept getting errors. Then the system would not allow me to set up an account. I was informed that I receive an email to access the program the email never came.I don't trust them and I think I have done my money

ordered the book almost a month ago and nothing. very disappointed. giving it a bit extra time due to holidays but crickets still😟

company got back to me with concern and i believe there may still be hope. i will update if/ when a solution is actually realized. standby

Foundations I Course

"Foundations I of a Musical Mind" is my first course at Musical U and I love the content. I learned a lot in those 6 weeks and will continue practicing the new concepts before moving on to other courses that I am interested in. There is a Foundations II Course that builds on the first one.

I am excited to have found Musical U, because it offers courses that I have not seen anywhere else.

They have a way of breaking concepts down into the simplest components, making it easier to learn. It was so easy to understand and absorb the Sofla technique.
