At first I was a little sceptical, but i thought would try and order 1 bottle first.
Wow. Ordered 11pm Saturday, arrived 10.30am Wednesday, with updates all the way through the process. Arrived perfectly packaged, so well protected.
Just unbelievable service, extremely impressed

In the last 30 years I have seen the ways of shopping change, from the neighborhood store to online stores.
Now we can shop in any store in any country, and when we see a bargain, we think it's too good to be true. I have shopped in dozens of stores: wines, Whisky, Champagne, you name it.

I came to MustHave Malts looking for a 18 yrs. old Talisker from way back, 2016 or earlier, and at a good price. For any connoisseur in the field, it's practically impossible. I ended up making multiple orders and stocking up for dozens.

It's a dream come true. I could rave about the ease of use of the website, the quality of the product, the speed and tracking of shipping, the perfect packaging and a thousand other things. But I'm left with the customer service, something that is becoming increasingly scarce in today's online stores. When you contact customer service they make you feel like a lifelong friend. Don't expect short, evasive answers, they will treat you in a close, friendly, respectful and understanding manner. They will answer your questions, and even go the extra mile to make sure you are always satisfied.

This is my store, not in my physical neighborhood, but virtual, for the next 30 years or more (God willing).

Incorrect customs code used for people in the UK buying things from them so the carrier DHL is charging excise and vat too therefore making it a non option from UK unless the correct customs codes are used.

It’s affected a purchase that was being looked forward to but now cannot be had.

Fantastic customer service. Great comms on initial enquiry, and heads up on VAT and duty charges coming into UK.
Within an hour of placing the order, i had dispatch confirmation that DHL had picked up the package in the Netherlands. Was advised delivery would be in 2 days and it actually arrived the next day. Great turn around (some companies in UK struggle to do a next day delivery to PH postcode) and well packaged for safe delivery. Many thanks

Great service, ordered on Wednesday delivered back to its country of origin by Monday. Came very well packaged - Took me longer to get into it, than it did to order it! I ordered a 1 litre bottle of Glenfarclas 18 Year Old, an age that was made for US and EU markets - you will find it in the UK, but you're looking at least £140+ - I managed to grab this for around £125. That's including delivery and custom fees. So very happy!

I ordered a special Glen scotia 18 year old. From the website on the order confirmation the right bottle was pictured, but reserved a totally different 18 year old Glen scotia. Have send a e-mail to the shop but no response.😵‍💫😵‍💫😖
have now heard from musthavemalts, they have offered to send the right bottle , so now we'll have to see🤞🏻😏

I have now received the correct Glen scotia from Musthave malts and I must say that they have been very friendly and professional in their way of handling the matter. I highly recommend Musthave malts.

It is always a bit scary to order from an online store for the first time. I really liked this one, I ordered 2 bottles over the weekend, confirmation on Monday and delivery in Spain on Thursday. Very well packed and great communication. Highly recommended, 5 stars!

Ordered from Netherlands and delivered quickly to Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides with no fuss and bomb proof packaging! These guys know how to protect a package 😁. Prices were amazing, saving me a sizeable amount compared to UK (even after VAT and Duty).

Wow! Looking everywhere for a bottle of coopers choice! The same bottle I could only find for £270 in the UK! Got it from Must Have Molts for a much better price! I was dubious with shopping outside of the UK but Shipping from Amsterdam was quicker than I’ve had ordering products from within this country! Ordered Tuesday arrived today packaged extremely well. If I’m ever looking for a rare bottle again I know exactly where to go!

Ordered two bottles of premium Scottish single malts, so it's always a bit scary when ordering whisky like this online. I was amazed by the service, delivery time and the way my whisky was packed! I didn't find a store with a better price for the single malts I was looking for, so thanks for saving me some money! Would definetely recommend.

I placed an order with Musthave Malts and the service, price and quality of products I have received has been excellent. Saw a bottle I was interested in, went on their website. Very easy to use and paid with PayPal (Tuesday 8th June 2021). I received an email from both Musthave Malts and DHL telling me it had been dispatched and giving me the tracking number . The bottle arrived very quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I also ordered a bottle from inside the United Kingdom and received that two days later than the one I ordered from Musthave Malts in Holland. I also wanted to express my esteem for Musthave Malts, for I ordered a rare bottle of rum which I found hard to find. Other shops had it but were charging twice as much for it. Whilst Musthave Malts were selling it at its recommended retail price. For this reason as much as any other I hold Musthave Malts in a very high regard for not extorting customers. But selling a good product at a reasonable price for someone who just likes to have a drink and try new things.
