Sent wrong product
Was sent the wrong item I ordered a freemax maxpod as listed on their website and received a freemax maxpod 3, called and explained and the guy I spoke to said that it was correct, I ended up ordering from a different site with no problems
They did not offer a refund but they did offer to put points on my account for the order value to which I never received so basically got ripped off! would advise to take your business to a more reputable company!

I was sent the wrong product and was…
I was sent the wrong product and was flying out to Turkey the next day. I've sent emails and gone on the chat system. No reply from anyone for 4 days. I know mistakes happen, but no replies to my problem. Its very disappointing as the product sent normally is correct.
