Our records show that you have posted negative reviews about eight different brokers, including our company. While you are entitled to share your experience, it is important that the circumstances surrounding these trades are presented accurately.
We conducted a detailed review of your account and confirmed that the affected orders were generated by an automated EA using a latency-sensitive strategy on gold. This execution pattern was identified by our liquidity provider’s risk-management systems, resulting in additional order validation, increased execution times and slippage.
The issue was therefore not caused by our standard trading conditions. It arose from the specific behaviour of the EA and the way it attempted to execute trades against short-lived pricing differences.
Clients using conventional trading strategies that comply with our Terms and Conditions do not ordinarily experience this type of intervention. If you stop using latency-sensitive or price-exploitation software and trade under normal market conditions, these specific execution issues should not arise.
We remain available to provide the relevant execution records, timestamps, and order details through our official support channel.

I am extremely disappointed with my manager. For the last 4 days, I have been trying to contact him, but I have received no response to my emails or phone calls. Whenever I contact live chat, they keep telling me that they have forwarded my message and that my manager will contact me shortly, but my issue still has not been resolved.
Because of this poor experience, I have decided to leave this broker. If such a simple issue cannot be handled properly, I am concerned that there may be bigger issues in the future. Therefore, I believe it is better to leave now rather than face more problems later.
I have already withdrawn all of my funds.

We must admit, your experience sounds dramatic — especially considering that, once again, the reviewer did not respond to our request for information within Trustpilot’s 3-day period. Without a full name, account details, email address, phone number, or order information, we are unfortunately unable to verify whether you have ever been our client.
Interestingly, we receive several reviews like this every month: 1-star ratings from unverified, organic accounts, with no response to our verification request, and no identifiable client information. Every time from a different name.
At this point, the pattern has become almost impressively consistent. Thanks for loving us.
That said, we take every genuine concern seriously.
