- No deposits were ever made to the account.

False Promises and Untrustworthy Service

This is the second time I’ve been misled by DB Investing with false promises about adding a bonus. I followed all the required steps, met every condition, and waited patiently, yet nothing was delivered.
The support team keeps giving empty assurances with no real action. This is not just poor service — it’s a complete lack of transparency and professionalism. Customers are clearly being misled with offers that are never fulfilled.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it further on Trustpilot and across social media platforms to make sure others are aware of this experience.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Do not trust their promotions or promises.

- Your account was opened and verified on 25 April 2026.
- A promotional bonus request was submitted shortly afterward.
- As clearly communicated by our support team, all promotional bonuses require up to 3 business days for internal approval and processing.
- A negative review was posted on 25 April 2026 (the same registration day), before the standard bonus approval period had elapsed.
- The promotional bonus was successfully credited on 29 April 2026, which falls within the communicated and expected timeframe (4th day including processing).
At no point was the bonus declined or withheld, nor were any conditions changed after the request. The promotion was applied exactly as explained.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but characterizing this process as “false promises” or “misleading” does not reflect the documented sequence of events or the final outcome. Our team kept the client informed throughout, and the commitment was honored in full.
