I ordered a what seemed to be a darling zip up winter white jacket and the size was one size fits all. Being a woman size 12, I thought that included me. The website says "satisfaction guaranteed". I went to return it and lo and behold, I was told to keep it and either take a 20% return amount or buy another product for 50%. Not Ok in my book!! Scam

Do not buy from this seller!

They mislead customers with inflated prices and fake discounts, and the products often look nothing like the photos. They do not respect customer rights and try to enforce policies that override the consumer Rights. Overall, this seller deceives people and provides a very poor experience.

I ordered two pairs of shorts from their website, which appeared to be based in London. The website listed a UK address and phone number, which led me to believe it was a local business with standard UK shipping times and return policies. I normally wear medium-sized shorts, or large for a baggier fit, so I ordered accordingly.

After placing the order, I discovered that the products were actually being shipped from China. The shipping time was significantly longer than expected. When the items finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. The material and stitching were substandard, and the finishing was unacceptable. Most importantly, the sizes were not aligned with European standards. The shorts labeled as medium were so small that I could not even get them on. This is not a matter of fit, they were completely unusable.

The entire operation appears to be deceptive. The website gives the impression of being a UK-based company, but it functions as a front for an overseas supplier with no genuine customer service or quality control. I attempted to contact the provided phone number, which rings for a few seconds before the call is manually disconnected. No one answers, and there is no way to reach support.

I believe this is a fraudulent setup designed to mislead consumers about product origin, quality, and sizing standards. I am extremely dissatisfied and consider this a scam.

Just received what I thought was a quilt, ordered 2. Spent way too much for 2 damn sheets that you cannot return? What a scam!!

I ordered two items on Mar 19 and was told shipment would be delayed. I tried to cancel but they pointed me to their policy. Either way I still have not received the items (now April 7) though they claimed it was delivered. Multiple emails later, they said the matter will be dealt with by their refund department (if there is such a thing). I need a refund and am pursuing actions towards recovering my money.

I’ve purchased from this company twice now, and both times, the products exceeded my expectations! The items look exactly like the pictures, and the quality is fantastic. Their customer service team was quick to respond when I had a question, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend and will be buying again!

I think this company is a scam! I purchased two pair of sunglasses— which I was to receive within 14 days.. but never did! I emailed the company and they responded that the merchandise still needed to arrive at the warehouse? Yes don’t be fooled by this British company… obviously they are getting the product somewhere else. Poor service.

If I could write a review without a star, I would. This site is a total bait and switch. The yarns are not as photographed..and doubtful that it is really cashmere. Slow shipping, awful return policy... AVOID going down this road!

It is a product made in China. Total CRAP. The size marked as XXL is really a medium. It looked great in the pictures. Got fooled!!

I saw an ad during black Friday saying that a jacket was from 329$ down to 99$ and fell for it. My wife ended up buying it for me. It took a long time for then to provide a tracking number and it raised some suspicious. We went on internet and saw a lot of bad reviews and immediately thought "oh crap, we got scammed". We tried to cancel it but couldn't, even tried to contact my bank but was unsuccessful. After a few week we received a tracking number, but my expectations was pretty low regarding the quality of their product. Surprisingly, after probably 5 weeks we got the package. The quality and fit is great, the color is accurate with the picture and the jacket is very well made. Of course I would never pay 329$ for that, but it's worth it the 99$ bucks we paid. I guess that's the strategy behing the whole thing: overprice it and offer a huge 70% discount. I'm not sure if I was just lucky for getting exactly what I ordered. To summarize: Besides the fact that it took too long to get delivered, I'm well satisfied with the product! Thats why I think they only deserve a 4 stars on this review. Hope this helps!
