Order arrived boxed and well wrapped inside, so bottles were in excellent condition. Bugalugs colognes are lovely sprays, i even spray on pillows now, not just the dog!

Great Service!
Great Service!! This is the first time I used this company and I set up a repeat and save service for a product I wanted to start my puppy on. The price of the product was very competitive especially considering it included delivery. The delivery was on time and I was kept up to date all the way! Very efficient! The product was packed snd presented very well. Unfortunately the product did not suit my pup. I got intouch via the telephone number provide which was great as alot of companies now do not give a number and rely on e-mails which often take time to be read and require waiting for a reply. I spoke to a lady called Michelle who was very polite and professional. She was understanding of my situation and very helpful and went out of her way to find a resolution for me. Great customer / buyer experience. Highly recommend. Jag.
