Order arrived boxed and well wrapped inside, so bottles were in excellent condition. Bugalugs colognes are lovely sprays, i even spray on pillows now, not just the dog!

Evri delivery service let’s them down…
I have no complaint with My Bowls Empty itself. The website was easy to use, they stocked the products I wanted at a fair price, and they dispatched my order promptly.
But then it all went downhill, because they use the dreaded delivery service Evri! I won’t bore you with the details but suffice to say it took many unsuccessful delivery notifications over a number of days (and a complaint to My Bowls Empty) before Evri finally got round to delivering my order. Good thing it wasn’t urgent.
My Bowls Empty customer service was actually very responsive and helpful. Without them I’d probably still be waiting.

Fantastic personal service once again. Nothing is too much trouble. Knowledgeable and helpful advice. I feel that I get advice specific to my dog, which makes me happy. A very trustworthy company in my opinion.
