Order arrived boxed and well wrapped inside, so bottles were in excellent condition. Bugalugs colognes are lovely sprays, i even spray on pillows now, not just the dog!

Would definately recommend and use again
The price of items i wanted were so much cheaper. Items were dispatched quickly. The courier Evri are totally useless but this hasnt impacted my review of the company. Will definately use again

Really impressed
Really impressed with My Bowls Empty, I've not used them before.
I placed my order and it arrived the following day, the order was complete i.e. nothing missing and well packaged. Updated regularly by email on status / progress of the order. Really impressed with the service. Prices are really good. I have five foster rabbits, they love a treat and will be really happy.

My delivery of dog food has been lost and ‘My bowls empty’ has bent over backwards to resolve this. They have sent out some presents for my dogs while they try to resolve this. Full marks for excellent customer service skills.
