Delayed delivery
Delayed delivery, no accountability, poor communication person I spoke to was not prepared to help or sympathetic to my situation, had a take it or leave it attitude

Unprofessional company
Product is adequate, but company response to problems substandard… delivery cost is high, paid £100 for next day delivery, it wasn’t delivered next day, company now ignoring me and hoping I go away, rather than a proportionate refund… poor show.
