Communication was excellent, delivery was quick and windows were superb. Far better than anything we had imagined. Would definitely recommend Cambridge Skylights.

I ordered a Flat Timeless skylight on 5 September with free delivery estimated at 6–12 working days. What followed has been a complete shambles that has seriously delayed work on my house.
On 15 September I phoned and was told it would arrive on Tuesday 22nd. On the 21st I called again and was then told Friday 25th. When I rang on the Friday I was promised an email with a tracking number so I could see the delivery date – nothing arrived. I phoned again today and was once more promised a tracking number and delivery on Thursday. Given their track record so far, I have zero confidence it will actually turn up.
Every call results in a new date and another empty promise. No tracking, no reliable information, and no accountability. This ongoing saga has now held up progress on my house for weeks.
Extremely disappointed with both the communication and the complete lack of reliability. Would not recommend.

Great experience when ordering, delivery was professional and it’s an excellent product. I will be recommending Cambridge Skylights to everyone looking for such an item.

Purchased a flat roof window which was priced very competitive. Arrived within the advised time, well packed and really good quality.installation instructions on the website were very clear and we managed to install ours quickly. Staff is very responsive. I would highly recommend them if you need a flat roof window

We placed an order for 2 roof lights from Cambridge Skylights for our new extension. We received our skylights within the advised delivery time but only then realised that we had ordered the incorrect size. We contacted Cambridge Skylights and explained the situation that we needed to exchange the skylights for a smaller size. The customer service advisor advised us to place a new order for the correct size of the skylights, and that they would arrange collection and return of the original skylights on the same day that they would be delivering our new order. They promptly arranged a refund of the original skylights within 24 hours of their return. The entire process was very efficient. The delivery slot was provided, live tracking was available on the day of delivery and Cambridge Skylights waived pick-up /restock charges as well. Thank you to Luke and his team.

After a terrible experience ordering from a competitor. I called Cambridge in the hope of a miracle. That miracle came in the form of Luke. After explaining my experience to Luke, he reassured me that he personally quality checks every piece of glass in and out of their warehouse. He sent me photos on WhatsApp of our glass. Ensured it was fully protected and packaged unlike our last experience. Then sent photos of the glass packed and on the delivery vehicle. Luke even messaged me on his day off after he followed up with transport personally and messaged me to confirm delivery would be made on that day. The glass was perfect, no marks and fit like a glove.

Possible Causes of Spontaneous Shattering of skylight:

Manufacturing Defects: Flaws in the glass during production can weaken it, making it susceptible to shattering.

Can you provide your evidence the " the damage was consistent with site activity rather than a product fault."?

I bought 3X1 m Cambridge sky light, which stayed only for a few days before it completely shattered without any sign of external damage, the company refused to admit it was a manufacture fault and refused to compensate for the loss.

Easy to order online , quick delivery quality goods

Great company with a superb product. I felt like I was dealing with a family run business as everyone I had contact with were really friendly and helpful, from the delivery driver to the office staff.

I've just installed two skylights from Cambridge Skylights. They were well packaged and delivered as promised. Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow and fitting them was relatively easy. Now in place they look very good and introduce a lot of natural daylight into my kitchen, which was previously rather gloomy.

Hassle free. I ordered a window...it arrived. Nothing else to say.
