It is disappointing we are sorry to have a delay in receiving the fabric but I do feel the review is a little miss leading for the general public, it is not using the Trustpilot review system in the correct manor if you don't mind me saying so I quote the reference provided by Trustpilot for a one star review is as follows" (One star very bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct).
We have kept you fully informed of the situation at no point have we been rude or unreasonable.
If I could explain the situation the fabric went out of stock with the fabric supplier unfortunately for time to time this does happen we provided a re-stock date for you that then had to be moved back again that situation is out of our hands the fabric suppliers/ manufactures are controlling that.
You placed your order on the 18th July the revised restock date we provide was the 20th August this then just put us outside our thirty day delivery promise so we gave you the option for a little more patience for the order to be completed or have a refund you decided to have a refund, that does not mean you did not receive the goods you just were not prepared to wait any longer for us to fulfil the order for you, for that we are truly sorry but pleased to report that this situation is extremely rare indeed.
I am sorry we failed on this occasion.

Really pleased with my purchase
I was glad that these wooden blinds are mounted in a box with the option of side fixing as top fixing (drilling) can be difficult with certain lintels. My previous supplier used this system previously then went to top fixing only when he changed to a Chinese supplier . Pleased with the overall quality of this product - they look good and I hope they stay that way and don't distort over time. Such a short delivery time also, just a few days.

Look great!
Lots of instructions to help you to measure, lots of designs to choose from. Easy to order, communications excellent. We asked for a delay due to a few days away and our request was noted and the blinds were sent very soon after our return. Fitting instructions are comprehensive too. Well packed, great delivery driver. Feel awkward not giving 5 stars because the company was great to deal with. Only reservations - metal brackets have fixing holes very near the corners, not easy to drill holes straight without damaging the adjacent surfaces and a little bit more 'spring' in the bracket would have been appreciated to facilitate fixing. Anyway, we got there in the end and they look great.

Thank you for the great review we are pleased you are happy with your new roller blinds.
A note on the brackets don't forget there is the option to top fix also its a universal bracket that provides top, side and face fix options, when we use the side fix option placing a 30 degree angle or so on the drill bit works fine the holes do not need to be parallel with the header, a sound hole with a tight fitting rawlplug is all that is required.
You can also turn the bracket through ninety degrees so in the face fix position and still side fix, this places the fixing points on the bracket in a different position.
The brackets are used all over the world supplied by the Hunter Douglas group no less there one of the biggest!!
