After reading so many reviews I am convinced that Dukaan app is fraud!! I lost approximately 3k.. I had this gut feelings that it might be some scams but I ignored it ordered any way!! Eerrggghhh…..

MY 17500 PAYMENT CANT ABLE TO TRANSFER AS ITS COMPLETELY FROD

It was working good but now since 2 weeks alot of payout issues . My amount get processed to be paid then 48+ hours went ni payment settlement. Then gets added back to undelivered amounts automatically then 2 payout get combined again and gets under processing 2 weeks went off got not even a single penny my 5k+ rs stuck on app . I mailed and everytime I get answers by end of the day it will be settled , by 24 hr within, by next 24 hours . And went off a week . Now they don't even repply mail . One agent helped too clear one payout but then stopped replying answering and rest of the amount is stuck .

Purely Fake. No COD, no customer care number.
I have lost my money by placing order through online payment.

This is all about online fraud only nothing else, I lost Rs. 1500 by ordering folding sofa ( Order no. #17536689 on 31/10/2024) & nothing received, they r having neither customer care no. Nor address of the office to contact.

Don’t buy anything from dukaan.io I ordered folding bed at 20 days back payment also over but now also they not delivered it's totally fraud app I need my money back or my order other wise I m rising the complint to the police nd higer authority I had every thing proofs I show the police I need apologize right now other wise I complint soomuch of people like lost all members all tolding this is last warning I need back

I ordered some sweater of 750 rupees and they are showing delivered but it is no yet delivered. When i message to refund my money or to solve my problem they just ignore it or block me now tell me what should i do plzz help me to get my money refund. And plzz take strict action against it because they are tracking so many people and faking their website

This is extremely poor service this is a fake website we ordered sofa bed and paid 500rs for it on 6 Sep 2024 but we still haven't received it. We want our money back immediately. Order no.

Payed online 998 Rs. through mydukaan io primeimpex1 site. Till now no response about the delivery approximate date. Payment happened on Sunday 13 Oct 2024 at 07:17 am. After going through details, found it can be fake portal. Request to help in this regard to get back my amount reimbursed. My Order #16937250.

I have done purchase of sofa bed 2pc
on 29th September 24 but date 10days over no sms for delivery or not even delivered any product,I think it's fraud company and we should make cyber complaint over site that just taking money kept quiet and changing every day a new name .

I booked sofa set on 24.sep.2024, it was scheduled to deliver 3 to 5 days, bit not yet.

I recommended my friends also to book. But none received.

Possible scam or fraud.
