Dukaan Avis 

Founder had an extremely bad attitude towards users and refuse to help even with simple tasks for features which are supposedly available within the platform but they have removed the ability to perform these functions without needing support to help.
The platform is also really unusable with poor customer support which does not respond to tickers.
Poor experience overall.

Step 1 : Get People to your Free Trial. ( Has Desktop Access )

Step 2 : Convert them to Silver Plan to add Custom Domain.

Step 3 : Once Silver Plan Activated Remove Desktop Access and ask them to Upgrade to top tier for Desktop Panel.

Step 4 : Profit on Day 1.

I Fell into this Trap. 100 People may fall in this daily. Thats like 6000 usd daily for no work at all.

Very high charges suddenly increased to 5% and charging on all orders for no reason at all. We are not using any dukaan services yet they want to take 4-5% on every order. This was not the case when we signed up.

No Customer service or suppot on our queries

No Customer support. Only AI chatbot.

No intimation of the price increase.

Lots of bugs and issues throughout their application on both website and mobile app.

High website down time. Even myself hosted wordpress website has better up time.

Highly not recommended for e-commerce website.

Nu må jeg desværre skrive, har været med fra starten, i oktober 2022 og givet Dukaan lang snor. Men nu rækker tålmodigheden ikke mere. Deres frugt og grønt er under al kritik, dårligt, gammelt, halvråddent. Ofte kommer der forkerte varer - og hovedet på sømmet i dag, aflevering af madvarer med sidste salgsdag i dag!!
Fordi vi er ældre eller handicappede eller lignende, skal vi, af den grund, ikke have ringere varer. Har talt med lederen flere gange, og undskyldninger er der nok af, men standarden fortsætter desværre med at være dårlig.

its fraud company, if u thinking of buying subscription then dont even think about it.
1. no customer support just support email which they never respond and just bot which doesnt solve anything.
2. too many bugs in their platform
3. they dont even approve post on their facebook page or even though u able to post on their page. their support for paying customer is next to nothing
4. if u r choosing to switch frm shoify or woocommerce or any other platform then dont do it because there importer plugin doesn't work and if u ask for help, no one respond.
they just want ur money instead giving any real product.

Fake n fraud company
Bought a dress .. which was never delivered to me!!!

It's a fraud company. Do not buy anything. I paid but my shipment nvr arrived and status of my order was updated as delivered the same day when I ordered it.

An absolute scam site don’t ever buy anything from it. I ordered a pair of loafers which were shown as woodland and what I received was a pair of Road side cheap fakes. I emailed them but failed to elicit a response from them.
So I would request all consumers to not order anything from them.

Jeg arbejder i hjemmeplejen, hvor flere borgere bruger Dukaan.
Firmaet sender gamle varer eller varer med sidste salgsdato.
Frugten er som regel rådden ved ankomst og chaufførerne pakker ikke varerne ud som lovet. Sidst efterlod de køleskabsdøren åben hos en ældre dame som først blev opdaget flere timer senere.

If you thinking to purchase any plan i have better option for you and never even buy a plan from mydukaan

1. They will not reply or reply once after 24-48 hours and will take months to solve problem
2. The site you will get will freeze on many devices after ADD TO BAG. You will surely loose your customers.
3. The website goes offline automatically and will make customers to not purchase anything from your store until you make it online, and will surely lose many sales.
4. All your payment will be on hold until you contact customer care and they will not reply so don't know if you get the payout or not
5. The site will have so many bugs which is a great barrier fror growth of your business.

So i will never recommend mydukaan.

Instead try "Digital Showroom" they will solve your queries and their website has no bugs and is fast

OR Try shoopy, zyadashop, instasell. They are million times better than dukaan

The worst part is their support system, as online stores they should solve problems quickly but they take months to respond.

And they never accept their mistakes and founder is very arrogant.

I think investors should take charge of company otherwise suumit will destroy the company

Dukaan is not cheaper from Shopify it's an expansive version of WordPress and many clients of dukaan says it's a scam for small businesses.

Worst Customer Service. They take 5 - 6 days to just respond to a ticket. They Force you to use their own shipping which has bugs while processing it. Payouts are delayed if you don't use their payment and shipping. Had High Hopes for an Indian Platform like Dukaan, but recent experience and arrogance of the Founder is making me rethink to shift somewhere else.

As a seller support is very slow, delivery service f*cked with my claims didn't got any.

Payouts on hold and they come up with bugs to take your money and do not accept their own mistake ❌ worst company to start store wit

After my trial period ended, I subsribed to their Silver paid plan (quarterly). Instead of regaining access to my dashboard, I am continously being redirected to a pop-up page to upgrade my plan. I am unable to access my dashboard or my data. I literally just subscribed to their paid plan and did not even finish designing the website yet.

I tried reaching out to their customer support, which is non-existent by the way, via email to ask for a refund. No response. No acknowledgement. I've already given up any hope of them responding or refunding my payment.

It's a pity that an e-commerce CMS platform that's being advertised as made in India is nothing but the shoddiest platform ever made. If you don't know how to build and run a business, just shut it down. What's the point of acting as thieves and stealing people's money?

This website is completely fraud.. don't trust them, I have ordered few items after the payment deduction within 2mins it's showing your order is delivered.
