We had a lovely stay at the Riverside Lodge hotel, staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel was very clean rooms adequate with hairdryer ironing board iron , kettle tea coffee etc and more availab... Voir plus

The professionalism, from checking in, to checking out was all first class.
The hotel is in a favoured area of Edinburgh, easy to get to all the major sites and shopping areas.
I recommended this hotel.

February - great break.
A great location. Room was excellent and our stay was really very good.
Friendly staff and a nice swimming pool and sauna.
Easy to walk to the town.

Food is appalling
Dinner was really poor
Fish and chips. The fish as pasty and the batter soggy. Really poor. Sweet was wrong mess . A bit of meringue and frozen soggy fruit put on top Mina. A soup bowl
Breakfast. There was a Coach party in and they had put breakfast out at 630 for them. We were one of the only other guests not with that group and the food was left out and left over from them for out breakfast at 830. Shocking..dried up, in edible and cold coffee. We just left as quick as we could not fed

Straight forward to follow the details from the email, I was booking a couple rooms so would be easier to have an option to just add both the codes at the same time instead of booking seperately bit otherwise pretty straightforward and email to confirm arrived straight away.
