Great back support. Waking up without aches. Also appreciated the customer service/additional information via chat before my purchase. Very responsive.

My wife and I both really love our isense. We previously had a Tuft & Needle foam mattress and woke up most mornings with low back pain and not feeling rested.

As soon as we got this bed in and laid on it, we both couldn't believe how much more supportive it felt. After testing out 2-3 different settings, we both found the one we need and have told everyone we know about it!

I wear an Oura ring for sleep tracking, and I was getting almost 2x as much deep sleep as I was previously and have maintained this for over 6 months. I was able to stop going to the chiropractor after sleeping on this bed for a month.

I was looking for a bed that would fit both me and my partner since we liked different firmnesses. I bought this bed and it shipped out within 3 weeks, we slept on it the first night and was in a lot of pain. Not discomfort like we had expected or experienced with other mattresses. we gave it a few more nights and I had to call in to work because I was in so much pain by the end of the first week. I contacted support and they said I had to wait for 45 days to initiate the return or pay a steep 25% "restocking" fee. So I waited. I had to email, then call, then fight with customer service to get the return started. We started the return and they sent a trash company to take the mattress and the only thing they took back was the pump. They wanted around $700 to "restock" the pump. That's absurd. I sent back the pump and didn't hear anything for weeks. I send out more emails and they said it takes a month to "inspect" the pump and "up to" another 5 freaking weeks to "authorize" the return. Today is the last day of that 5 week authorization window and guess what... They're not parting with the $2600 they owe me easily.

This company is a sham. The mattress was trash and didn't adjust nearly as much as they claim, the pump is loud and unbalanced and as bad as their products are, their customer service is far worse. I'm going to open a PayPal Dispute if I don't see it pending by the end of the day today and I'm also opening a BBB claim and leaving this review or something similar to it anywhere I can.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! STAY FAR AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!!

We have had our iSense Hybrid Premier Queen Mattress for a touch over one month and could not be happier. We had a Sleep Number bed years ago before they were called Sleep Number. These mattresses do not compare. The iSense is a lot firmer especially around the edge, when you are at the side you do not feel like you are falling out. Interestingly both my wife and I wound up choosing the same inflation pressure.

iSense gives you a 180-night return window, we knew waking up the first morning that we finally found a mattress we both found comfortable and a solid nights sleep.

It is not easy spending a good amount of money on something we couldn't try. Our last mattress we did lay on in the store, returned it, then picked another. It was horrible so trying a mattress in a store is still pretty much a shot in the dark. This was a great experience, our sleep sensor module was delayed so we had the mattress before the monitor. No problem getting it on the platform with customer service being very responsive and keeping us updated.

Again, all we can say is we love it!!

I love this mattress! I've never slept better and my husband's aches and pains are gone when he wakes up in the morning. It's a heavy mattress and feels QUALITY. Really happy with my purchase.

I am truly satisfied with the caliber of customer satisfaction. Paul physically came out to correct our issues with the installation and personally show us how the bed worked with the features and the app. As previously indication the quality of the bed is outstanding and I look forward for many years to come enjoying comfortable sleep.

Right now, I can say I’m completely disappointed with this company & not the bed itself. With that being said, there are a lot of issues that need to be worked out.
My husband and I did a lot of comparisons before deciding on the isense bed. We purchased the isense Hybrid premier split king bed, with the elite adjustable base & 2 king pillows. I also paid the additional $200 in service installation as well.
I’m going to start with the positives. The bed is extremely comfortable as are the pillows.
Here is where I run into major concerns. My bed was scheduled to be delivered & set up on 12/6. Isense uses a 3rd party delivery service that is in no way equipped to be able to set this bed up properly or efficiently.
The 3rd party delivery company didn’t have that I was to be installed in their paperwork so the 4 boxes were left in my foyer. After, taking off for the day for this delivery and set up, I had to contact the company and explain it wasn’t set up & ensured the bed would be installed that day. The initial delivery drivers were dispatched back out to install at the end of their routes. They set up the bed, however they didn’t set the foot portion of the bed up, they didn’t know how to install the sensors and one side of the split King was not functional at all. We were not shown how to use the bed and the delivery company took the manual for the bed with them. After they left, I went back to the isense company customer service again, explained my dissatisfaction and they dispatched the same delivery company to come out to “reinstall” the bed for 12/8. These new “installers” again couldn’t do anything for us because they are not tech for isense. They didn’t know how to set up the sensors nor did they have the supplies needed to fix the side of the bed that didn’t work.
I have asked the company to give some type of a compensation refund for this and have gotten no response. The delivery company that came back for reinstall on 12/8, stated isense would contact me by end of day and they haven’t.
If I get retribution to these issues, after I call 12/9, I will gladly update my review. However as of right now, I’m truly considering returning this bed and purchasing the sleep number - which mind you, is this company’s main selling point.

We got a new mattress when we moved into our new house. We spend a lot of time to find something that could accommodate both our needs and this mattress seems the perfect solution. Unfortily the delivery of the mattress was not an easy task, however, Melissa and her team assisted us step by step. Even after months of sleeping on the new mattress, I contacted Melissa back to get some support and her reply was immediate. Suc fantastic customer support. I would recommend them anytime without hesitation.

The bed is fabulous but the experience of getting this thing inside your house on your own is very cumbersome. The product is very heavy

Great customer service. Love our bed so far and our pillows. Would highly recommend this to friends.

I am thrilled with my pillow and found I have no neck problem now. What a great idea!
