So far so good. Started back up on the keto diet. The old app I used was always having problems. Switched to the Keto Diet App and have been very pleased. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
My favorite thing about this app is the recipes! I started off not knowing much about keto but thanks to this app I know feel confident in what I’m doing. It’s helped me lose 90 pounds in 8 months and is very informative and so easy to use!

They deducted money from my credit card after I cancelled my subscription. Also did not reply to me emails about inquiring about this. Be careful. Quick to take your money. Very reluctant to respond .

Perfect App for Keto Diet
I’ve used this app on and off for the last 3 years. Every time I stick to logging and tracking my food/meals, I see drastic weight loss. 2 years ago I lost over 25 pounds! I’ve recently gained the weight back and wanted to get back on the keto diet and have already lost 5 pounds in the last week!

I recommend and ❤️ this app
I am great as this app is amazing. This program keeps me on track. It also allows me to correctly record my daily food intake. The carbs you would miss omg.. It has receipes and ideas of foods, it even test you on your keto knowledge. It’s an excellent app. Also doing the fasting along the side of my keto dieting is a great support. It has been challenging, but this tool is amazing. Totally recommend.
