SCAM !!
I paid the special offer £30 for the diet plan for 6 months. They sent me an e-mail with 3 links. All take you to a page offering you premium plan offer for £25 - you have to stay on that page as a timer counts down from 5mins - thinking maybe then you get access you don’t .. There are 3 separate offers for the premium plan £25/month, £17/month and another for £7:35/months but if you don’t click on one these you don’t get access to the app or at least I didn’t..
Have wrote to the helpdesk via the link but no reply.
ABSOLUTE SCAM !! DO NOT PART WITH ANY FURTHER MONEY FOR THE MONTHLY PLAN BECAUSE THEN THEY HAVE GOT YOU AGREEING!!

This app makes it super easy to track macros, so you know when you’ve reached your limit for the day, based on a personal profile. It also gives tons valuable information about keto diet along with an entire library of information to choose from, which is helpful on my keto journey.

Excellent app with progress to prove it
I’ve only used this app for 3 days, but I have found it to be very informative. It gives you articles to explain what foods to eat, how keto works and even recipes. The reminders to log in and encouragement you receive is keeping me motivated. I like the diagrams that show me how many carbs, fat, etc. This makes it easier to make decisions. So far, I have bused only the free app. I have not paid for other features. It’s early, but tho gs seem to be going well.
