Keto diet app is the worst app I have ever used. It is not user-friendly for logging your meals, the recipes are nothing you’d wanna make, it is a complete waste of money and I think that the reviews that they have are from their own team. Don’t buy!!!

Me parece muy poco práctico que tengas que entrar cada día en la web. En la publicidad dicen que te envían los menús por mail y luego recibes un mail diciendo que has de consultar la web cada día. No he podido bajarme la app. No he sabido encontrarla no creo que exista. Pagué un mes para probar y ni siquiera la utilizo. Publicidad es engañosa mi idea era pegar los menús en la nevera. Todo el tiempo te proponen información extra( valores nutricionales, lista de compra , ejercicio s ….) todo de pago extra. Fatal! No lo recomiendo.

I like the app. I only use the free version as I think it’s a bit expensive to pay the monthly amount. But it’s easy to log and find or add foods. Very helpful
