Absolutely atrocious service. Had a flight delay claim ongoing for 2 years, never any contact from MLM, had to ring only to be told the claim had been dismissed by the Judge. Have seen no evidence of such. Poor customer care & service.

Been great so far actually we needed to change solicitor in between due to the lenders requirements. On the first occasion we was worried thats its gonna delay & ruin everything, but they been great especially "Neha". They have sorted everything themselves and made our life easier.

I was able to talk with my solicitors every step of the way. They replied always quickly. The whole process was smooth.

Far too slow. Taken 7 weeks to request information pack from the leaseholders so now won’t complete before the mortgage deal ends. Awful

I engaged this company in December 25 for a conveyancing on a mortgage They have taken over £800 off me a refuse to contact me back or give updates on progression. They will not return calls or emails even when I ask for senior management I’m ignored

We chose these solicitors as they were recommended by our mortgage advisor at the time. One the whole they gave me a mixed bag of feelings. At first I was frustrated because it was taking so long, but then it all wrapped up pretty quickly.
They were the first solicitors I have ever used to I cannot compare them to anyone else. The quote they provided us with was cheap and affordable compared to local ones. I was not sure what to expect at first, and there were some months where we did not have much communication at all, but everything worked out fine in the end. The final quote was quite a bit more, but the sale took longer than expected and there was some extra work.

We first came to look around the property we wanted to buy in June 2025. Completion did not happen until March 2026. It took absolutely ages to go through and the process was long. I think the chain further up from us was very big. However, we got there in the end! I absolutely love my flat and thank you to My Law Matters for making this happen. The process during the final few weeks in contrast, went very fast, and exchange to completion only took 1 week. We have had feedback from others since the sale that our solicitors were very good.

I cannot complain about the work but the legal department need to keep us informed maybe on a weekly basis, either by a phone call or email. The portal used for this company was only used to upload documents there was no communication until I rang the office to chase staff. You have paid for a portal that you not yet used adequately. This was my biggest frustration no follow up calls or emails.

When my previous conveyancer was closed down, I was recommended My Law Matters by my mortgage advisor. They took over where I left off before and pushed my purchase through very quickly. I was surprised as my previous solicitor was very slow. Kareena dealt with my case and was speedy and professional throughout. Their costs are also reasonable and they give you a breakdown of all fees. Overall I was happy with the service.

Very nice and polite and professional. As we have a bit extra longer procedure towards our completion, the solicitor and her assistant remained so positive and helpful throughout. They went extra miles to help us resolve our issue towards buying the property.

selina was wonderful,easy to speak to and explained every step,smooth transition for sale of my house and chain onwards

They handled my property sale in December 2024. I gave consent to retain £500 with them for a year in case any claim arises to protect the buyer.

After one year finished in December 2025 I started chasing for the release of my retention funds. Let alone proactively releasing the funds, they kept on delaying the release despite of my several chasers. They kept on asking the buyers solicitor if they have any objection whereas the original consent was only for a year.

Legally the buyers solicitor had no power to claim anything beyond the year still mylawmatters just kept on asking them and delaying the release of my retention fund.

As of today more than four months have passed over and above the agreed retention period for which I had given consent. Now beyond the consented period, they are holding my money and not released till date.
