I have a bit of a problem with my login account, sent an email to customer service and Katie has been so helpful and sorted it out for me immediately. I am not expecting such efficient customer service. Thank you very much for your help.

I contacted mymoneymatters via e-mail initially to make an amendment to my pension contributions. I received a prompt response with clear instructions on how to increase my contributions via the website.
Due to a difficulty caused by Payroll registering my account with a different e-mail address I was unable to complete the process. I spoke with Nirin on the telephone and he was friendly and knowledgeable and processed my request within minutes.

Good understanding of the issue I had raised and good to have got through to someone quickly who could deal with the problem and rectify it. The team member I spoke to straightaway understood the issue and was able to resolve it quickly.

Nirin was very pleasant, super helpful, and sorted my issue in a couple of minutes.

I called regarding an issue with updating my AVC's, as the website wording isn't very useful and I mistakenly added an amount I wanted to take off monthly, however it added a whole load more as it was relating to take home pay.
