Friendly, professional and efficient
The initial customer service agent who answered the telephone was friendly, polite and efficient, asking just a few pertinent questions in order to connect me to the right colleage in their legal department. Again, the person I spoke to was very friendly and professional, listening carefully and offering useful advice. She speedily arranged two telephone consultation appointments for me, and confirmed everything in a follow-up email. So far, I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend Your Overseas Home as an excellent place to start when considering buying a property abroad.

Good seminar........worth a listen
Webinar on holiday home insurance was good. Covered the basics very much like UK insurance. Good tips and info on potential pitfalls.
Main complaint was if asked whether better to use a UK broker vs local broker the only benefit seemed to be language i.e. forms etc. Would have likes more on this maybe differences France vs Spain vs Cyprus.

I attended the How to buy property…
I attended the How to buy property safely in Spain webinar delivered by Your Overseas Home. It was very helpful with lots of good advice provided by Legal Luris. All attendee questions were answered and further details provided. I will certainly be contacting. Both organisations again. Olivia from Legal Luris was very knowledgeable and I feel that I could trust her with legal aspects for moving to Spain. I will be contacting her for an initial meeting.
