This was a gift for my mum when my granny passed away she loves it ! The picture is so clear ! Its honestly beautiful! She is so happy with it ! Came on time 20/10 highly recommend!

Don't bother poor packaging. Broken and no chance of a refund save your self the trouble..

I’ve just received my order custom 3D Viewfinder and Reel-Personalized and the box was massively damaged and so was the product. However on inspection it looks as if it was also really badly made in production and doesn’t work. It was really expensive for what it is.

I placed an order on the 10th of December for a personalized moon lamp for a gentleman who has recently lost his wife. When ordering, it stated it would be delivered by the 19th ready for Christmas.
I'm writing this Christmas morning, and the gentleman doesn't have a gift with a picture of his lovely wife on!!
Initially, they responded to my first email, but wouldn't respond to others afterwards. I needed to get PayPal involved just to get them to respond.
When they do respond it's with rubbish telling you how strict customs are and how delivery times may vary(which isn't stated when ordering of course!) and please wait a few more days!!
Well, I waited and it's still not here!!
As for the product itself, I can't comment on because it's not here!
Angry doesn't even come close to what I'm feeling at this point in time.
My advice to anyone reading this would simply be, DON'T!!!
But, if you are going to ignore the reviews and still want to buy something from here, make sure you order in plenty of time, possibly even a month before because you ain't going to get this in the timescale they have stated!
And make sure you pay through a trustworthy source like PayPal, because they will be able to help when things go wrong.

I received my lamp today but it’s not the lamp I ordered it has a different name and picture .i am waiting for a response from them within the next 48hrs my concern is that I have someone’s lamp that I am assuming is living in the uk which I would gladly forward onto the so if there is a tamison with the message from jack and kids with a photo of an older couple please get in touch .i am hoping that they will look at my original order and I eventually receive my order but I doubt it will be for Christmas now

I recently purchased a photo 3d viewer with pictures of my grand daughter, for my daughter for christnas. It has arrived ok however the pictures are so poor and grainy uts cannot be used as such. The pictures sent were of a high quality however the ones they printed are grainy.
Very poor quality, waiting on seller to see if this can be resolved.

I sadly lost my 16 year old fur baby this year and the Christmas Bauble purchased will be pride of place on the tree. Really pleased how good quality it is and have recommended this company to a couple of my friends who have lost their companions recently. Thank you so much,

Arrived on time .the moon is perfect with the photo I wanted ..I've just reordered another one

The packaging was damaged upon arrival but luckily the product was still in working order. The lamp is slightly lower quality than expected but it is still a lovely item and would buy again.

Delivery was a lot quicker than expected arrived in perfect condition absolutely beautiful moonlamp will definitely use again and recommend friends and family

i paid £ 27 plus shipping for a personalised xmas decoration - the first they sent was broken , the second it’s absolutely faulty and nothing like the one i ordered and they refused to issue a refund. i will never use this company again
