Relief for a woman with great dreams
I was interviewed and assisted by Jonathan Estrella as I did receive an email from Danielle stating an agreed time but somehow I missed her call. When I replied she quickly re-assigned my file to Jonathan who performed excellent customer care and was easy to speak with as financial matters are a delicate, personal, and often times evoke shame and guilt as a result of having poor stewardship in the past or difficult circumstances an individual wants help resolving, yet is full of shame and regret for getting in that position in the first place. Well, at least that was true for me. I was excited to know there was a healthy (financially) solution that would mend my creditUNworthiness and find some breathing room in my monthly budget to pursue the missions and ministries I desire to engage in. I am extremely appreciative and was delighted to work with Jonathan.

I spoke with one of their representatives name at Danni which is short for Danielle. She is so freaking rude. Wanted to argue with me because I didn’t want a debt resolution but a loan. No I DONOT recommend this company at all.

Honesty is the best way to learning how to get out of debt easier and faster
My credit Manager went above and beyond. He took all the time I needed to help me and listened to my struggles and he went above and beyond to give me the best experience to get out of debt easier I will continue to support Payless. I would recommend Payless to anyone 3>
