I received a request from a terminally…
I received a request from a terminally ill child to have his likeness created so his family could continue to see his presence after he passes. The doll is the most incredible likeness, down to the smallest details. After the order was sent, some changes (a watch, orange sneakers) needed to be added. They were done with amazing accuracy and in record time.
My Plush Buddy is an exact clone. Everyone agrees that the only thing missing is a beating heart.

Thought it was a scam.
Okay so I found them online after placing the order I realized they weren’t from the USA. Which I don’t have a problem with I just wasn’t sure if it was legitimate. Especially since my bank red flagged it as a suspicious order. I tired calling their number they provided which was disconnected and they said to use WhatsApp to talk to them. Which I had to download because I don’t use things like that. So I was skeptical of the order and it being legitimate. At the time of purchase I wasn’t completely in the right state of mind and overlooking a lot of things. As my husband had recently unexpectedly passed away. I got this for my young daughter because she wasn’t understanding the death and missed him. I thought this would help her. I wrote a detailed description of his tattoos and freckles and such. I misunderstood it would take 5-6 weeks for delivery or honestly I wouldn’t have purchased it. But I already did so I reached out to the company on WhatsApp per there request. I ordered it on the 9th of March ended up getting it April 5th because I begged them to hurry up and I thought the $25 dollars I paid extra for was a rush order but it was fast delivery. They sent a confirmation email with a link to check on order and it said basically order completed which made me anxious that it wasn’t even going to come so I keep bothering them. However, upon getting the doll that was supposed to look like my husband it did look like him but a lot of the details were completely off and not accurate at all. But honestly if I didn’t bother them as much maybe it would have been more precise? So, I see that as my fault partially. At the end of the day my daughter is happy with her as she would call it “daddy doll.” I believe the timeframe is longer then it should be as other companies I looked up had a week to two week turn around time. And they had really good reviews unlike this one which had very little and it was cheaper and more life like. I also believe it’s a little overpriced, especially for turn around time and inaccuracy of things on the doll. But all in all I’m happy with my purchase and so is my daughter that’s what’s important. They should however make better efforts to send updates on the item process so people don’t get worried it’s a scam. Especially since their number doesn’t work and you have to use WhatsApp for communication. But they did communicate well once I finally got a hold of them. And the lady pushed the order faster because of my misunderstanding and she sent a birth certificate for the doll as well. It was a good experience. I’d probably recommend it and possibly use them again. But if I’m honest I wouldn’t purchase for a drawling or anything like that, it’s to overpriced. I would only use it for a situation like mine. Because I feel thats kind of situation that justifies the price as it’s more sentimental. But if you have money to throw away then I guess it’s good for something like a drawing of your child. But not everyone has $130 to spend on a plush toy. The quality fabric was really good. I’m pleased with our order regardless of everything else.

Underwhelming
Not what anyone would call "prompt" service, considering I placed my order in late September and received the product in February, and considering I was only contacted once during the manufacturing process to receive a status update, communication leaves a lot to be desired. The face still had a good deal of room for improvement when I received the product, even after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the sole update. From the neck down the quality is good, but I'm very hesitant to give this plush as a gift as I'd initially intended.

Very Pleased with the Buddy Selfie
I ordered the Buddy Selfie, and I (and the receiver of the gift) are very satisfied with my purchase.
It is a bit pricey, but I guess that's warranted for a custom plushie, and their service made up for it too. I made SEVERAL alterations until I was satisfied, and they were prompt in communication, patient, and attentive to my needs.

I wasn’t expecting all of the details to be included considering the fact that my design was somewhat complex, so I was very shocked at seeing all of them in the plushie! It was bigger than I expected and even had a removable hat! I am obsessed with my plushie!! Wonderful craftsmanship and quality, worth the wait for sure.
